Seems Canadians have a big advantage over the U.S. when it comes to fresh maple syrup!...I'm sure you took a Tolle on their supply! lol!

Looks great! I think I missed this place when visiting NF a few years back. Is the maple syrup all from Ontario? Maybe some from Quebec too. I'd say the gift shop at Capilano, as well as Hudson House in Gastown have the best 🇨🇦 souvenirs here in Vancouver! Too bad Edible Canada closed on Granville Island - they had a cool unique little gift shop, and offered Birch Syrup from Ontario!
Good question! i know they bottle a lot of the syrup on site so I assumed it was harvested in Ontario, but I guess it could have come from another province! I always love checking out Hudson House in Gastown - They have a lot of Canada and Vancouver themed items. I bought a Vancouver shirt there that I wore for quite a bit 👍
