    Great tutorial. Im also a big proponent of the notion that power moves are freeze stacks in motion. So ive been desperately looking for a tutorial, that teaches the halo with freezes and the hong 10 freeze.
    Also i think its way safer to practice the static motion.
    Your halos actually remind me a lot of hong 10s halos, and i really want mine to look like his as well

      Yes learning powermoves as freezes in motions is the best way to have the best control of your body :)

      Sambo teaches it using the Hong10 freeze!

    Do you also have an idea how to teach airflare as a freeze combo?

      Handstand - pike freeze - jump - pike freeze on the other arm - handstand :)
      Or also: handstand - pike freeze - invert / hollowback - pike freeze on the other arm - handstand

    For me in quite the opposite, it is way easier doing the hong10 method than the swinging legs, even though I don't have much shoulder flexibility 😂😂. Everybody is different right? Great tutorial! I'm trying to get 2 halos, soon will come.

    Me gusta tu nuevo tutorial. Sin embargo, prefiero los antiguos que realizaste, aunque en si no eran tutoriales a los que me refiero, si eran ejercicios-progresión para alcanzar un dominio del movimiento. Pero si que si, este es el método rápido.

    Sto provando ad utilizzare la tecnica in cui si va sulla testa, si fa mezzo giro e poi si torna giù, ma avevo un dubbio, quando da side freeze scivoli con la testa e apri il petto per poi andare sulla testa, devi spingere solo col braccio con cui fai freeze oppure devi aiutarti anche tirando indietro la testa? Grazie

      cosa intendi con "tirando indietro la testa"? Comunque basta spingere col braccio e aiutarsi molleggiando un po' le gambe, ma cercando di aprire il petto nello stesso momento :)

      @@KaioFalcrow intendo quando dopo essere scivolato con la testa spingo per fare il giro, oltre a pingere col braccio e con le gambe devo anche tirare indietro la testa per andare meglio in headstand o ci arrivo bene anche senza? non so se mi sono spiegato

      @@giacomo7611 non son sicuro di aver capito bene, ma penso non serva :) magari prova in entrambi i modi e vedi come ti trovi meglio. L'importante è che non pieghi il collo in modo strano che se no rischi di farti male
