I’m so glad you mentioned the “OCD”. My “OCD” would need to purchase three sets, just for the exact reason you mentioned. I’d need all the same color. I would actually consider getting three sets, only for house darts. My son and his friends don’t have any darts. Hopefully one day I can get some.
I don't have OCD but it would bug me. If I noticed a certain color always in the treble bed or always missing my focus would go to that one specific barrel. Same reason I couldn't use different colored stems or flights. Maybe I do have OCD 😂
I have OCD, throwing the duo colour Haruki is my limit, and I will always order the different coloured one in the middle... These? I don't think I can handle it 😂
I remember that movie, followed quickly by Mel Brooks version! 🤣 I was seriously considering this set, but the tri-color would have driven me crazy. Thanks for the review.
I too must have OCD. When these first came out I thought I can’t use these with three different colors blue would be my first throw red, then green. That would have to be my order. That is why I can’t have different colored flights. I don’t even want to get started on them sticking together.
Good review, definitely not my cup of tea on the darts, but I am a rear gripper and like a grippier dart. Keep up the great work really enjoy the content.
So bizarre the barrels sticking like that. A great looking set with the colors. I have the 95% Excalibur's and I like them a lot. Have a great one WW. 👍🎯🇨🇦
I have looked at these darts and think I will end up adding them to my collection along with the Golden Robin set which runs at the same price. I really like the idea of the tricolour shafts. I was wondering does Loxley sell the flights in a tricolour set or do they sell them as single colour sets so you need to get three sets of flights if you want to keep them stock ? Another thumbs up review WW.
nice darts and nice video! I just wanted to add my thought on matched weight: I think that good matched weighting shows a high level of quality manufacturers wanting to be percise, but i have never measured the weight of my darts, because i think if i would know one is off by 0,2g i would start to get a placebo effect which would kind of irritate me or whatever..
Actually I have 16g RD featherlights that stick together every other visit. You actually shared a picture of them a couple years back. Unfortunately not available anywhere anymore...We're my matchdarts!
I had them myself. I hit one of my all time tightest 180's with them back in 2009. Here's the pic taken on a flip phone from back then... i.imgur.com/TqLGBM2.png
I must have weird OCD because I like the idea of identifying each individual dart. Do you think the magnet would help hold a hanging dart? I think they’re pretty cool.
I swear you are some kind of freaking clairvoyant... I had these in my cart & opted for the gold Robins instead. I might need these. lol Men In Tights was the best Robin Hood movie though! 😂😂
Also also...damn.... painted. That makes them so much less desirable to me. I know we're all fans of removing paint, but not me. I like my darts to look flashy. Makes up for my subpar play! lol
Great review. Like the flights and how they stick together is a great way not to loose the darts. Match weight not so great but , It is what it is. Would like to try a set . Maybe the 22 gm. But if i want to change weight to heavier, they have tungsten inserts , But would they fit in the end of barrel. Would be nice when you do a review. To say either the putty or insert would work. Doing a great job and cant wit for march 8. all the best.
I didn't mention it in the video but I also found it odd that these were 95% tungsten and drilled out 14.5mm deep on the green barrel. It seem to me that they could keep the same exact dimensions, use 90% tungsten, and have them drilled out only 9.5mm deep. To take advantage of the 95% tungsten they shouldn't be drilled out that much. You could use tungsten putty and bump them up almost a gram I'm thinking. But you need a barrel to be at least 19mm deep for a Unicorn tungsten insert to work
I have OCD myself so several things would really bother me with this set of darts. #1 the barrels locking together on the ring grip would put me out of my mind! #2 I don’t like that they are all 3 a different color. I guess is is no surprise that the oddball is the green one! #3 The match weighting was too far off. Not sure what the guarantee is with the weight on Loxley Darts but it is typical to be within 0.1g of each other. #4 I don’t like flat spots (areas without grip) in the middle of the barrels. I do like that these are 95% tungsten however too expensive. For me these are a pass! Thanks as always for the review.
.2 rating above your shooting average. Those darts look amazing and price is just above average. I would say at least a 7. They are great looking darts that throw very well.
I had that effect of sticking together with some of the target YOHKOH darts. super annoying. a dart friend of mine also insisted that the darts were magnetic ...
Nice design but 3 different colours is a no for me. I keep looking at the Enforcer barrels but as the 22 & 24 gram are the same dimensions I am worried the 22 gram will be drilled out deeply and be front loaded. Loxley haven’t answered that question yet !
Bizarre how they stick together so easily when grouping them 🤨 Unusual for Loxley to be so far off with their match weighting so I agree it’s a one off, give them benefit of doubt. My OCD would kick in and I would have to throw them in the same colour order or throw them In acetone and replace the flights with the amazing black flights that come with the CuZn darts. Great stuff WWD 👍🏻
Just a one off here. Quality control would be 3x as hard with 3 different color darts so it's understandable. Literally every set of Loxley I've reviewed have been near perfect and in my last video the $14 brass darts were spot on perfect.
@@glennl. Yeah man, I think there's a lot of people out there that really like Loxley darts. Hell, look what I do every Friday with brass darts. I honestly don't think I'd take the time to do that with any other company and make a world championship out of it. Loxley is awesome imo
But then I ask myself how the quality assurance works at the companies and what differences between the darts are still tolerable. Drilled in 2 mm further and therefore less weight, isn't that noticeable?
Thought these looked kinda nice at first, but that sticking problem is just awful. Would never consider buying these for that reason alone. Too many other sets of darts out there

My RD defenders stick together occasionally. Kind of satisfying in a way...just not when your about to throw. Love the videos btw.

Beautiful darts as always from Loxley I think the green colour is my fave.

Great content...I always enjoy your reviews. I've been throwing darts for over 30 years now and never seen darts stick together like that.
Thanks 👍
Beautiful looking set of darts and keep up the great reviews 🎯🎯

Nex gen recently came out with a set of darts with a similar color scheme. I think it’s the Cary thaxton set.
My Harrows Oblivion would occasionally stick like that but not all the time 🤣

Also x3... I think I'd actually love that sticking barrel "feature." haha I need to stop commenting until the video is over from now on.
Saru King I believe was the player model
I do like those feather flights. Have not seen any pros using them. ? Are any pros using Loxley darts?
Ryan Searle. Currently ranked 14th in the PDC
had the same issue withe the target orb 3. really annoying and so strange... gave them to a friend. his matchdarts... 🤣🎯😎✌️

@@WorldwideDarts thank you for the reply, It was a great info on the darts.
Will definitely be getting a set of these..
Nevermind. I thought for that price they would be coated not painted.
The front end of Harrows Noble seed together like these darts as well and can get stuck. Not as significantly, but it does happen.
I do recall the Noble being a bit like that. Now imagine that 10x worse

I really like the flights and the tri-color idea but the sticking together is a deal breaker
These look similar to winmau Hi impact darts that you can buy from a store called Argos here in the UK
I had that effect of sticking together with some of the target YOHKOH darts. super annoying. a dart friend of mine also insisted that the darts were magnetic ...
Personally I'd put an L-Style shaft and flight of the corresponding color on each dart hehe
Great shipping from Darts shopper. 3 days to west coast USA.
It's truly amazing!

100% agree. Strip the paint and slap on the black Loxley flights. They'd look amazing!
Beautiful
Wonderful is the perfect adjective
Just bought a set, i really like them!
Does your set stick together like mine did?
@@WorldwideDarts Yes! first i thougt it where the flights, but its the grip of the barrels sticking together
Just a quick question. My local bar has bullmaster machines with the throw line set at 9 ft. Is there a difference for soft tip boards and distance?
Jeesh!! 9ft?? That's insane! I've never heard of anything over 8ft. Steel tip is 7ft 9.25inches
FST180 Formula Sport are multi coloured
nice darts
Really some magical darts you have there I never have seen that. It's a shame from such a good company. But anyway good review as always

No, imo it's impossible to notice a difference of 2/10 of a gram. You'd have to have super human touch to notice a difference.
How could such a fail occur? I would send them back :(
5.0 mpr very nice!
*UPDATE:* Loxley Marian Goth Edition. Yes or no? i.imgur.com/bEWclaV.jpg
These darts are great in terms of balance, but the grip on these darts is almost nonexistent. If a smooth dart is grip level 1, these are -1.
Are the ends of the darts magnetised?
Haha nope
Wow the sticking together thing is very odd
Can I ask you, how much money do you spend on darts in one year? I'm curious
Good question. TH-cam pays me on the 21st every month and I usually spend about $500 give or take at a best guess per month.

Magnetic easy to throw 180 😁😁
Stick them together and throw 3 darts at the same time, 180!!! 😁
🤣

This review shows this is a strange set of darts 😂
Bizarre for sure
Nice darts but not for me...i love t18 and d18
We know where you're throwing with 90 remaining 😋
