I it will be helpful if you just tell us which route or bus we should take because I used public transportation, but we have to know the route in the bus and is this market all year round or just seasonal?

It will be held again next November (note that the schedule may change due to weather and other circumstances). When this event is held, there is a special bus service from Kyoto Station. At the time, the bus stop number was "JR bus stop ③"（but next year we don't know if it will be the same bus stop (it is not the bus number,careful!).
