I preordered an HX-50 (commerical) when they were just coming out with them. So incredibly excited to get it when it arrives. This is going to be the best tourist helicopter for the money you can get and I personally think it will beat any of the other 10x priced luxury helicopters out there. I plan to use it for several clients in Italy and will also do sightseeing tours with it as well when they aren't using it for travel. Can't wait.

Nuclear fusion doesn’t power anything yet; nuclear fission is still in use, producing nuclear waste that is problematic to store since nuclear waste takes 50,000 years to lose its radioactivity.

  • @thomashiggins9320
    @thomashiggins9320 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Point of information:
Nuclear fusion doesn't power *any* aspect of our lives.
Nuclear fusion doesn't yet produce more power than it consumes, so all nuclear fusion reactors are strictly experimental, and produce no commercial power.
Nuclear *fission*, on the other hand, is pretty mature technology, and the smaller models used on submarines and aircraft carriers could be used to power a sufficiently large aircraft.
But why would anybody want to do that?
One crash, and the owner/operator of an atomic-powered aircraft has liability for the spill of any nuclear fuel.

Most of these ideas sound cool, some of them might actually happen. Most look good on a computer generated model, but in practicality not so much. For instance that high speed catamarans with high utility vehicles flying down the small river. They already exist with low profile cabins, they are low profile for a reason, so they don't tip over.

This video just showed new designs of old ideas. This isnt what the future will look like! I should know because I have travelled there. By year 2034 we will have amphibious vehicles, that go on the land and in the sea, they will be injection moulded and not have so many components that need to be attached to eachother and fall off, the vehicles will be powered by kinetic energy which is power by moving motion. Cars will be more rounded and less pointed, there will only be a top and a bottom that slide into eachother to make one unit, these vehicles will be able to slide into the water/sea because the edge where the top and bottom of the car will join will not only be slid into place on top of eachother, but they will be fused together from the inside of the car/craft using heat to meld the two parts together making the vehicle water tight, air tight and fireproof. As for the doors, they will pull out from the vehicles side and slide along the side of the vehicle, like a transit van does at the moment, but it will be more graceful and controlled by springs to pull the door back (not using power, incase of loss of power from transformer) for safety reasons.

Rheinmetal is not pronounced "rain-metal". Rhein is the German name for what us English-speakers call the Rhine river. So the pronounciation is more like "rine" also the "metal" part isnt pronounced like we would in English; overall it's somewhat like "Rine-meh-tal"
The catamaran looks like a good, and potentially practical idea. The helicopter looks like a dresssed-up Gazelle, to me. The students car... Sorry, there are a lot of supercars that look similar. The stratospheric balloon looks neat, and sure, that could be done. I can't hep but be concerned over Helium supplies, which are also crucial to medical technologies, though. Also, a stratospheric flight is NOT space flight - but it's still a cool thing I'd love to experience!
The KF-51 is an excellent design, I look forward to seeing what the full system looks like!
The air yacht - nope, not new. Been thought up, and in a more practical design, before. The "manifesting" crap is just that; crap, wishful thinking. What MAY make your wishes become reality is , assuming you have the necessary skills, getting off your arse and actually doing the things necessary. If reality lets you, because for every "I achieved this through sheer detremination" stories are many more "I was so determined, but I failed" ones. And I don'y think the team that designed that understood materials science or aerodynamics too well. I may be wrong on that, but I'm not convinced of its practicality.
Electra hydrofoil - good bit of practical innovation, though not mindblowing.
He-He M-Blem - they really need to stay off the funny substances. Ridiculous, as shown.
Citroen buggy - looks to be able to pack a surprising amount in a small space, which is interetsing, but not mindblowing.
Straddle-tractor - uh, what's supposed to be mindblowing about this?!
Nuclear powered flying hotel. Oh, dear. Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear! There is just SO much wrong with this that it's not even funny as a joke. Certainly not with the FISSION reactor technology that we have today (the US Air Force tried to see if it was possible to create a bomber with extremely long endurance powered by a fission reactor. It wasn't, and isn't. Absoutely NO chance of making a passenger plane using fission technology). Plus if a plane with a fission reactor in crashes, it's Cernobyl time all over again! Not. Good.
However, if/when we get FUSION technology to work (NB: we do NOT have fusion yet!) AND if we can manage to do so in a sufficienty compact form, then there is some chance that we could see fusion-powered sky hotels - but it's a near certainty that they wouldn't look anything like the monstrosity depicted in ths video. With the amount of raw power that fusion could deliver you could, notionally, make such a thing look like anything you want - even a conventional hotel - provided the effct of all that downward thrust wasn't destroying/vapourising everything below it, but in practice something based on a large blended-wing design with multiple levels inside is more likely. Now THAT I would like to see! But first , we need to work out how to make fusion reactors work.

Additionally: the "R" in Rhein/Rine should be pronounced with a rolling "R", in the back of the throught, not like an English "R". Just to make it a little bit more easy.😏

That would be astounding news to the entire energy sector! No, nuclear fusion, especially in the context of commercial and private use, whilst a promise for extraordinary advances in power generation (as well as other fields, e.g., hyper-trains, space explor- ation, etc., is several years, perhaps even decades, away from routine operability.

In the future, it'd be great if we are can walk on the ground with our feet. It's good for the health of our bodies. The canoes with paddles, and boats with sails, will all be fantastic to get around on the water in silence - certainly more serenely.
The fancy helicopters are going to be kept in reserve by the rescue organizations for use as emergency vehicles - during disasters such as when US MAGA Republicans decide to nuke California and New York after a negative presidential election outcome.

Thorium batteries, Ark reactors and hydrogen motors are the wave of the future forget electric anything it's all garbage reason the batteries overheat causing fire's over ninety thousands deaths related to EV cars catching on fire due to overheating they don't tell you these things because it will tarnish the EV industry and the way people look at EV vehicles, personally I don't like them we'd be better off using thorium batteries simply because there safer and could last up to a hundred years on a single charge not to mention thorium reactors instead of nuclear reactors thorium is made from sand and is a lot safer than nuclear reactors thorium reactors if something were to happen you won't have to worry about a melt down and radiation leaking out or an explosion that would throw nuclear waste into the air,now hydrogen motors and Ark reactors, hydrogen motors especially for cars, boats, motorcycles, planes and other types of vehicles is the best idea yet and Ark reactors to power homes, buildings, corporations, hospitals, magnetic railways, buses, machines, factories and so on it's freaking awesome infinite energy is here period people and has been proven to work and yes it could be used in electric vehicles too but I think hydrogen is better especially for muscle cars and fast motorcycles..

The others may (or not, I don't know) be serious concepts or actual products, but the last 1, the Skytanic, is a hoax. If I recall correctly, 1 person created it just as a piece of art, or maybe a series of artworks, then somebody else decided to try fooling more mainstream media that it was a genuine project being planned by rendering it with different backgrounds, etc. Of course, I am WAY oversimplifying it, but hopefully you get the idea: it was never a serious concept project at all.

There should be great emphasis to develop vertical windmills up to 130 meters height on sn integrated
platform for hydrogen/oxygen technology in powder form ,with storage facility, from where the components
Can be transported by special ships to the various harbours with integrated industrial complexes
to develop combustion engines on these energy systems,as well as other technoologies based on
hydrogen/oxygen. ,like laser technology, heatingfacilities, clear water supply ,gained from seawatet,
Jet propulsion technologies and nuclrear fusion technology..modern air ships, space ships, transport
Facilities and watercleaning, technologies on oxygen.as well as air cleaning.
another important consideration is to rewrite the consruction of two counter rotating four leafed horizontal propeller technology together with a much smaller vertical rear consruction of the same technology, for a more strong and reliable helicopter configuration, for low altitutude travel, construction of buildings and military purposes.of course everything on hydrogen/oxygen technology..low altitude flight above sealevel is very efficient.vertical windmill construction can be made a hundred times sronger, more reliabre, can operate
continuously up to 140 km/hour easely and do not have to turn to the direction of the wind.
when you construct this completely integrated with the hydrogyn/oxygen technology, you do not need
Expensive tubes to transport hydrogen to the shore.with new technology it is possible to concentrate
Hydrogen in powder form.another interesting possibllity is to convert seawater into fresh water.
Because of the lack of fresh water all over the world it will be convenient to integrate this technology
also in the construction of the vertical windmills, and with the new redesigned helicopters it is easy to transport this water to various container facilities and to new artifycial lakes everywhere.
all these innovations should be developt all over the world in every country on seaside,
    under superficion of the WHO.

Damn Man... That water vehicle looks like fun, but you never go that fast in a tributary as small as that was. OMG - the amount of damage they were doing to the ecosystem there is horrific. Not to mention freaking out every living thing nearby. In my opinion that is stupid.

We are years away from creating nuclear Fusion, so the only way it's powering many facets of our lives is from the Sun (solar) So I'm sure you meant to say nuclear Fission.
