I like the Colorado side of the park. Great views and nobody to bother you. And the Harpers corner hike at the end of the long road is pretty sweet.

The Colorado side of Dinosaur is a treasure! If you have a 4WD vehicle, drive down to Echo Park and camp (primitive) near the Green River and Steamboat Rock in Echo Park Campground. Explore Chew Ranch, petroglyphs, and Whispering Cave on the way down. On the next day, drive Yampa Bench Road to see three dramatic overlooks on the Yampa River-- for solitude and some of the most awesome canyon scenery you'll ever see.
