This how Republic Vegas has done collection ever sense the days of Silver State Disposal. Republic is recently automating the city, but it won't be complete until maybe 2017. The reason why the Toters take for ever, is the tipper on the truck is a piece of shit, lol. As for yard waste, Republic does not have yard waste collection. As in the desert there is not much of a need for it.
