At the beginning of this video it is stated that this forklift will operate in a 63" aisle. Yet in the storage density comparison at the end of this video the example is showing a 79" aisle. Is 63" possible but not recommended? Are there warehouses setup with all 63" aisles that work comfortably? Do you need the wire guidance with the 63" aisle?
Hi Brian,
Very well spotted! And the simple answer is they are both the recommended (comfortable) Aisle width for the Aisle Master Dependent on the Pallet size.
So the 63” Aisle would be for the 1000x1000 Pallet and the 79” would be for the 1200x800 Pallet.
With viability being so high in the Aisle Master we do not need Wire Guidance and have not fitted one with it to date.
We can go narrower, but do not recommend working out of the comfort zone.
How long it can work at a stretch in a cold storage at - 30 degree temperature per shift?
