Should've asked for someone like David N'Gog at the end
Jonjo Shelvey
Neil Mellor
Andy Carroll
Sinama Pongolle
andriy voronin
Ian Rush = goals goals goals.
Man was a machine.
Rush scored 1, Rush scored 2, Rush scored 3, and rush scored 4. Lalalalla. All you need is Rush!
That Liverpool team was something else. All English players and the best in England.
He's the reason why I became a huge fan of Liverpool! What a complete legend!
Seen rush in his prime and king Kenny
Unstoppable
@@rafailkarampetsos6914erm…rush is welsh 😅
I absolutely agree with Jamie on that Ian Rush is top 3 Most Underrated strikers in this game, None ever talks about him enough that he deserved and scoring over 300 goals is just insane
Never used to be like this. In his day and just after Rushy was universally well respected and revered as the great player and goalscorer he was. That old disregard to anything that was achieved prior to the premier league era at play in Rushy's case! 🙄
Think thats because alot of us only remember him from the late 80s an 90s after he came back from Juve
It was pre premiership/ premier league and he wasn’t English, French, German, Brazilian, Dutch, Portuguese or Argentinian that’s why he’s disappeared from memory, like all the others of the same lesser nations prior to the premier league.
Who underrates him???
when you compare him to other strickers of his generation, hes not that good, he has less than 300 goals, Hugo Sánchez has 500, Marco Ban Basten has 3 Balon D'or
The way Neville's leg starts spasming when he talks about Salah 😂
PTSD, lol
No Fowler or Owen? Fowler was a phenom.
owen was even better until he moved to madrid tbh. kenny, rushy, and salah are still the undisputed top 3 tho
No Suarez ?
@@masako2561if you play that game you usually leave some of the usual suspects out, so the other person doesn't know who comes next.
Spot on! No striker could finish like Fowler
@@masako2561dude just bites people.
🤔 so many great forwards, Suarez, Owen, Fowler just to name a few ... i mean, some of the goals Suarez scored i doubt we will ever see another like him .. truly world class. Fowler's natural ability and that left foot of his .. wow!. Owen, speed, skill, leathal .. and they're the more recent forwards .. i still remember Beardsley and how skillful he was
Bang on Jaimie 👍
Where would Suarez have fitted in?
The only thing you could really question is Rush ahead of Dalglish but then it’s personal preference, there’s an argument for both but other than that, as a neutral, I’d say he’s bag on the money
Cant argue that. Rush scored the most, had the medals and longevity. Dalglish and salah are similer in goals so far but kenny wins on medals. Then mane before torres.
Torres is underrated man he absolutely destroyed teams for the short time he was at our club
LEGEND
Mane but no fowler 😳 and you missed heskey 😂😂😂
Torres was a Animal at Liverpool
Any list like this should be personal for the fan. The goals you remember seeing, the memories of the matches you watched. Don’t go by “legends” etc, even though all these players are obviously great. I’m 35, Rush was one of the first players I actually remember.
1.Torres. 2.Rush. 3.Salah 4.Mane. 5.Kenny.
1. Ian Rush and Fernando Torres 💯🔥
2. Dalglish
3. Mane and Salah
Torres at 5 is wild
Mo Salah is by far the best forward their likes has ever seen. The man put an end to their 30+ year domestic drought. Won them every trophy there is.
And Kenny won everything for us u do know football never started in Premier league it was called division 1 and Liverpool won it countless
@@madness8053 Klopp, the greatest coach for Liverpool, said he wouldn’t trade Mo Salah for no player when he initially signed him. Mo Salah has ended the PL draught that had been taunting them since Middle Ages.
Carra’s love for Mane has diminished lol
Nah he’s just being reasonable and honest. He knew bigger names were coming
Lmao being reasonable and talking facts doesn’t mean his love has diminished. Mane is lucky to even be ahead of Torres.
There is no one like Rushie.
The one I liked out of Liverpool
Is kenny dalglish a very good player
Manager .💙.
If Salah could win at least 2 Premier League tittle and 1 Champions League title for the remainder of his time in Liverpool or if he retired at Liverpool then i would put him on top 3 Legend
He sold putting Mané 4th since Salah was eventually going to come up ahead of him
Fowler, Owen and Suarez
Rushie and Suarez are the best finishers followed so closely by Fowler. Only bc Fowler was not both footed like the other 2 also physical Suarez was a monster never got injured.
Fowler is a better finisher than Suarez. He's still banging them in clinically in his 40s
Mane is my favorite cause he was the starting catalyst for the rebuild. Without him I don’t even know if mo would’ve came
Dalglish Suarez Rush,Keegan Salah
In that's order
Where’s Luis Suarez, in that one year he almost won us the title pretty much single-handedly if it wasn’t for the gerrard slip
The thing is there’s too many to get them all in five. Plus it’s a generational thing too. Carra will have watched Rush and Daglish play whereas someone would have watched torres, Suarez, Salah and mane. Plus there’s too many things to look at too, like how strong the team was they played in and who the manager was. I think we get too obsessed with stats and trophies and forget about the eye test.
Swap Torres and Mane and it’s bang on.
These two are hilarious 😂
TBH i think it's a fair ranking. Only one i'd switch is Torres and Mane.
Ian Rush
Jamie doesn't like Torres, does he? Maybe a bit jealous because how perfectly torres and gerrard linked together
Owen fowler Suarez Toshack Aldridge Liddell St John
How did you get dalglish and rush the wrong way round ?
Rush scored 385 goals lol
Ian Rush = Barry Chuckle
This list the other way around is better than the one he made
No surez ? I somewhat put him Infront of Torres
I think that's a great shout
Luis suarez 😮
But salah won the prem which was huge but rush was insane
Still had fowler and suarez to go!
Would of switched torres with suarez
Imagine if he said Benteke at the end💀
Where's fowler??
Dalglish, then Rush....the others are miles behind
The reds.
Surely must have known Kenny would be one of them
Honestly id have Luis Suarez at 3 and drop torres completely off
Saurez !!!
Ian Rush was a goal hanger
And your point is ?.
Well he wasn't was he
The fact you put Torres below mane is laughable
Torres 4 Mane 5 that's the only mix up
Torres was best striker in the world for a bit
Didn't win as much as mane
Salah & Mane were both the best wingers in the world and won everything, Rush & Dalgleish are in another league
@@celtic69 who mentioned them?
@@martinbikikoro4959 did you watch the video?
For a minuscule bit….. scored a jammy goal for Chelsea vs Brentford in the FACup which also matters
The way neville legs shaking when he was talking about mo 😂😂
Fernando Torres got to be above Sadio Mane. He was the fastest Liverpool player to score 50 Premier League goals.
Yeah but he broke Carra's heart
Mane was there longer and his goals contributed to success
Mane was probably the best player in the world at Liverpool around 2018/2019
@@tomashehirYou are joking right? He wasn't even top 5. Not even the best in his own team.
@@t20981back in 2018/2019 he was easily one of the best. Arguably the best winger itw at that time
If Mo salah was British he would of been top of the list 😂
No he wouldn’t. The only players above him are Liverpools record goal scorer and Liverpools best ever player. He ain’t getting in over them
@@steffanh9368yes he would.
@@anubis8586 no he wouldn’t
@@anubis8586No he wouldn't pal
His main contribution is goals and he's over 100 behind Rush. Behave
3 of those picked by Carra would be in my all-time greatest Liverpool eleven. Rush supported by Dalglish in the middle with John Barnes on the left and Mo Salah on the right. With Gerrard and Souness in the middle of the park, that would be one awesome forward line.
Now were talkin kid
Would Carra be in defence?
@@gaffer2602 well he would be up against the likes of Hansen, Lawrenson, Van Dijk, Hughes, Smith, Thompson, Yeats, Hyppia, Henchoz and a few other for the centre half positions so I would so it's unlikely Carra would make the starting lineup.
@@Rphulk Yeah, fair enough. I'd probably pick Pinocchio and Virgil, tbf
@@Rphulkwhat about Alonso for midfield? I’d happily play 3 CB’s and a 3rd midfielder in Xabi
Personally I am putting Torres over Mane no disrespect to either but one got me into football 😍😍
Defo lad
For sure but no fowler, owen, suarez?
Torres is why I got into football
@@liverpoololdschoolthis is a random filter though, i dont think he picked them himself
Arsenal would be Henry, Bergkamp, Wright, Bastin and Charlie George. As a Gooner I can't believe just how many great forwards Liverpool have had, these 5 and Owen, Fowler and Suarez on top!
Salah will be their best ever player when it’s all said and done
It’s basically impossible for him to beat Dalglish now
He won't
@@steffanh9368it’s not just about goals.
@@anubis8586 You are the one with the zero ball knowledge.Salah is a great player, but definitely not better than Dalglish and Gerrard.
@@anubis8586 no it’s not and that’s why it’s Dalglish
Suarez missing out really ????
And Owen and Fowler
@@summerrr1 Yeah deffo worth a mention also.
Suarez > Torres
Rashford clear
Dalglish, Rush, Salah, Fowler, Keegan
👏👏
I'm not bothered that Suarez wasn't there for long or he didn't win much or anything but some of the goals and form he was in was unreal, Suarez has to have a shout-out, just ashame we didn't have half the team we do now when he was here, would of easily won the league no question, I'd even go as far to say suarez at Liverpool was well better than Torres but it's a hard one
Agreed. Suarez was insane. He hard carried Brendan Rodgers.
Suarez should be before mane defo lad
Suarez dragged a team of misfits almost to the title. He was unplayable. Most technically gifted player to ever put on the Liverpool shirt.
Suarez is the best player I've ever seen in a Liverpool shirt
@@sammyboyjnr5520packs the best bite too
Suarez better than the lot. Easy.
Suarez while great was nowhere near on the level of Kenny. He is one of the absolute greatest players to ever play the game. The man won absolutely everything with Liverpool time and time again and scored tonnes of goals while doing so all the while having top class technical ability and teamwork. No one will ever hold a candle to him in a Liverpool shirt
Keegan aswell
Mo is the best ever
Bruh
@@ericp758 u cold
@@stevecam2109🤣🤣🤣
L ball knowledge
Liverpool Torres was special.
Suarez ?.
Torres at 5th is criminal. He was the best striker in the world when he was at Liverpool
Salah will overtake them both
Not a Liverpool fan but growing up Keegan was immense
Arsenal would be Henry, Bergkamp, Wright, Bastin and Charlie George. As a Gooner I can't believe just how many great forwards Liverpool have had, these 5 and Owen and Fowler on top!
And we haven't even mentioned Suarez, Firmino, Kevin Keegan, Roger Hunt who won the world cup with England. Liverpool have had too many legendary forwards
Suarez was the best forward that ever played for Liverpool
Crouch Bellamy kuyt keane😂
Really? Torres 5th? He is the teason i starting loving football and Liverpool...
Torres??
Guessing Suarez never played for pool.😅
412 goal involvements for Rushie is just nuts. I think Salah is a better player, but Rush was a goal machine.
Rush played many years more than Salah
@adelyasser8173 he also won many many more trophies
1.dalglish 2.salah 3.mane 4.rush 5.torres
He said forwards? If you are just talking forwards you simply can't leave out john Barnes.
Barnes was an out-and-out Winger, until he got older, then he moved to the middle.
Ahem……SUAREZ cough cough
Kenny > Rush > Salah > Torres > Mane
I would switch Salah and Torres and thats it.
@@ericp758Na no way. Salah’s done to much be considered lower than Torres
@@steffanh9368 Torres for longevity, Salah has been finished for a while.
Torres at 5 is mad disrespectful
Rushie was the supreme No9 . Goal machine week in week out
The reds. 😍😍😍
That kit Dalglish was is is BEAUTIFUL.
Where’s Robby fowler love him or hate him pretty sure he was as good as any of these
Not as good as Kenny or Rush but I would have had him in over Mane for sure
I’d have Salah 2nd Rush 3rd and Kenny first but you could swap Torres in his prime with Mane but I think it’s fine
Torres was a machine at Liverpool
Close. Very close to being spot on. He rushed the Rush selection. Dalglish was a forward/provider supreme. 😊
Um... nobody cares
1. Rush
2. Daglish
3. Salah
4. Torres
5. Mane
5 - Daglish
4 - Torres
3 - Mane
2 - Salah
1 - Rush
Swap Torres and Mane and its perfect
Goals: Rush, Salah,Owen, Fowler, Suarez Fwd: Dalglish, Barnes, Keegan, Beardsley, Mane
Mo Salah is the best liver pool player idc
My boy FOWLER would be next to Rushie...
Owen Salah Torres & Suarez...
hahahaha
JAMIE CARRAGHER IS CRAZY FOR PUTTING FERNANDO AT 5TH
1 dalglish
2 salah
3 rush
4 torres
5 mane
but for me who born in 00, torres was the best
he was THAT player
torres and suarez was beasts......!!!!...!!...
I think you were right. Goal scoring forward was Rush.
Kenny though was the best ever player.
Suarez?????
Prime Torres is the GOAT Liverpool forward.
Not really
@@kostask8866 👈 feminine activities
@@kostask8866yes really...only Gerrard and Torres was good in that era
