Hi! Have you decided against using a Panasonic DVR as an improvised TBC?

Hi there - I still use a Panasonic DVR in pass-through mode to improve video quality on tapes with meaningful content, but these commercials come from tapes I "indexed" using just the Elgato until I determined what was on them. Some tapes I will never recapture (or at least not for a long time or unless someone requests a better re-capture of something in particular) but I still wanted to share some of these old commercials even with poor quality.
