Detach the logging trailer from the P16 and attach the maintenance trailer :)

I didn't think the P16 could have trailers other than logging 😆

Would have also made a train behind WWStar with the 5 slot sideboard winching the 2070 so that the crane was already there

The solution to the problem (technically under) 20 minutes was this; The P16 could have attached to the service trailer, after detaching from the long log trailer. Repair itself, drop the service trailer, and re-attach to the long log trailer (not something you'd want to do if there were logs packed, though, not with long logs anyway). Also, be mindful of that specific log trailer, I have managed to tip one of the most stable and larger vanilla trucks in the game, by backing up with that log trailer too much, it twists, and boom, vehicle flipped. Physics in this is strange, at times.
That swamp route drive? Well done, Bumble, very well done. That was just about perfect, at least to me. If I were to be very particular, could have maybe shaved a tiny tiny bit more time possibly by staying on the line you took at the end to hit the road naturally, rather than a turn. But you aren't trying to beat personal best times (as I sometimes do, while testing) or try to optimize for what lies far, far ahead. The goal was just get through it quicker than the other route.
The map planning bit before you actually driving it had me a bit concerned, but one you were driving it, you nailed it. Was worried for a bit you might cut a bit too far west and onto obvious land/islands displayed on the map, rather than the shore/tree line as recommended. That or cut back onto the marked road too soon and hit that really sticky spot at the end. Or find a couple of pesky downed trees or stumps near the end of that path out. Nope, you got it spot on. Truly, very well done indeed. 😊
As to how much of a time save that is? 🤔I'd have to run the timer on two trips to be sure, same setup and truck (with or without a load), once going that way and another time the normal path. But from the time you made the turn off for the suggested route to where you checked the map on where you exited was 2m 24.07s. And it was I think about 20s or so (I'd need to double check, but I should be asleep now 😆) from the first pole entering the swamp, before the cut and talk about the route pre-driving it. So, for now, let's guess at just under 3 minutes total that way with the White Western Star in that setup and load.
I'd guess the unpacked/packed load weight difference might have something to do with the cranes (and later telehandler). The smaller cranes are rather weak (especially the blue one), and you'd want to be able to load cargo if it tips out, or is just lying around (manual packing at warehouses or otherwise). But you also want the trucks to struggle under load enough to be a challenge. Don't know about anyone else, but my distaste for the log crane is, ugh... Let's just say you don't want to lose logs in the water. And it's ability to hold onto loose logs in general isn't as firm a grip as I would like. It's like trying to lift logs securely, but instead of purpose built equipment, you're using one of those feeble cranes from the arcade prize games designed to be terrible.
