Depth is relatively to the surrounding area. The adjacent bayou during this low tide was about a 2’ average depth, this creek averaged 5 to 7 feet which was the deepest water in the area.
During the winter months with extreme low tides, you might be running in 8-10 inches of water to get into some of these creeks. Some creeks are shallow, some will have 6-9 feet of water in them. If you are unfamiliar with the waters, you can get in trouble very quickly, lol!

What is the depth typically in the marsh creeks? I'm wanting to come down with my 22' Express bay boat. My boat typically drafts around 16"?
