@@kaywilliams1529It is wickedness that makes men poke their nose and pout their mouth when some one chooses to overcome griefs and believe the Scriptures, and move on to find joy again to fulfill their purpose on earth. He didnt KILL his wife, his Children,Church and the Public are living witnesses of how he adored his late wife.
His conscience justifies him . Perhaps he enjoyed his late wife and had the best of Marriage any one can pray for ,far far beyond the reach of his critics ...More so after 3 or 4 years of morning for that matter. Thank God Pastor Evans did not commit suicide or become an emotional wreck nor develop mental health issues and become a burden and further source of sorrow to his Children and the Church

Yes I can see it’s difficult for his children too. Why shouldn’t it be? Too see their mother who was so amazing and fundamental to that ministry so easily replaced so very soon.

With all due respect, your statement of “easily replaced in such a short time” is very very WRONG. Pastor Evans is NOT taking this step lightly ( it comes across very clearly in his speech of introduction) and “short” time? How “long” is good enough? God DOES SAY:
Genesis 2:18
18 The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”
Besides sister Evans is NOT being replaced at all, they are adult children now.

I love this man so much! I’ve known him since I was little and he has always been there for my family when we needed prayer or council. He is an awesome man of God, thank you Jesus for allowing him to bless my life in many ways. Congratulations to him and his beautiful fiancé❤

Cannot keep the tears back. It is so hard, but can anyone question God? I trust that Dr. Evans’ life is well covered by His mercy and protection. “It is not good that man be alone”, my thought, but I can only pray, since I feel in protective mode. No one can fill Lois’s shoes, nor does she need to. She has her own life, directed by God, to step into as she begins her own journey with this wonderful man. There will always be those who think it too soon, but God’s timing is ultimate, not dictated by days. We all just long for the day of no more tears and joy without measure.

You are right. The Children are adults....they are living witnesses of how their dad adored their mother.
I am sure they would want their Dad to commit suicide or develop mental health issues and become further source of grief and sorrow to them and the Church.
If the Scriptures are true about heaven and God's provision for his own after their time here..then we should Live so and act so in matters like this , otherwise we as believers and preacher of the Gospel are liars whose claims to the true God and his Sovereignty crumbles under the pressure of life reality as the loss of a loved one

Am so so happy for you Sir, your teaching simplifies and really opened the understanding of bible scriptures to me, i am a church usher of 71 years born 23/1/52 and married Sharon a church usher also on 29/2/20 by Gods grace and will. Pastor said do you love her, i said no and after 3 weeks of asking we bòth said yes GOD DID IT PRAISE HIM. Honeymooning in Portugal then straight after return Covid kicked in.
