- Today we are heading up to one of our honey holes up in the Ozark mountains. Jay and I have fished this river a ton over the years but this is actually Jay's first time fishing this exact area. Smallmouth bass are edible, but are not good tableware….the meat is very gritty and bland…🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🤔🤔🤔🤔
Love catching smallies! River smallies are just build different. You guys should come up to PA and hook into some Susquehanna River smallies. You will have a blast!

We need a picture of the truck! Toyota, you take care of them, they last. Good oil, filter changes, including fuel filter. What? You haven't changed your fuel filter? Need to make that job one as it'll restrict flow to injectors and cause premature injector issues. 8t also helps to use a good fuel line cleaner that also lubricates the upper chamber. It'll pay for itself in time. Good Mobil 1 oil, but some say synthetic Valvoline. Whatever makes your engine run quiet😊.

Let me guess the guys building that house was yelling and just annoying? lol. was there a few weeks ago and thats what they was doing to me so i just stayed away from them
Pair that with all the trains and it’s pretty loud out there haha
@@COLE_and_JAY guys, you can float from the boat ramp you put in at down to another boat ramp about a mile down form there, then right there is a place called damn 3 that you can put in there and float all the way down the river from there, like 16 miles. If you ever need a shuttle around there let me know I live 20 minutes from there and would be happy to let yall park at the take out and bring yall up stream.
@@anadventureoutdoors heck yeah sounds good! It can definitely be tough to get to some of the good spots this time of year with all the campgrounds closed. Love fishing this river!
