Cassava cheese roll recipe
1 klo cooked and mashed cassava
1/2 klo grated cassava (squeezed and drained)
1 cup sugar (adjust according to taste)
1 teaspoon of salt to taste
2 sachet of birchtree milk powder
1 egg or you can use 3 spoon of evap milk
1/2 bar of cheese cut into stick
1 to 2 cups of bread crumbs
1 cup flour (put more if its too soft to handle)
half klo of oil for frying
