    I'm about to send your vids to my old super. He's an idiot. I told him daily he's burning out the guys and all he cared about was his bonus for early completion. Crews ruined since I left. Hired 3 people to replace me and I had told him "I didn't do much labor I filled in some gaps but I just directed mostly while my forman did paper work"....... He had called me asking way it's taking so much longer and I told him he ruined the flow of the crew. I also warned them I would be leaving because of it and now i start a new career as a super. They wanted to promote me to a forman but I know he would want me to push push push and run threw guys. I'm all for a little hard work but the attitude they show is they want you to kill your self and others. Lots of people are leaving this spring and they aren't telling anybody like I did. I got fired and rehirded multiple times because I told them 3 months in advance to start recruiting my replacing so I can train them. It's funny really it's costing them more with over time and 3 more guys.
