I think mark would make a good addition to the avengers from a story telling stand point, having mark join a serious team that he can learn from. Having Captain America and spiderman training mark would be a great narrative.

Answer 1: Mark would be a great addition to the Avengers. He’s got a big heart and heroism in him and he also eventually learns to fight smart. Dangerous combo and as he basically becomes the strongest in his universe when he’s older
Answer 2: Spider-Man would be OP invincible universe to a certain point because he could actually use ALL of his punching power… we’ve barely ever seen that before. He could take a few blows no doubt

I think he'd be a stand out character on the team. He's a good kid and he would be seen learning from the older members. Some great stories could come from that.

Mark out here straight up calling Luke Cage "BIack Man". And no one ever corrects him. I think that knocks him a few pegs in being a good fit for the Avengers.

The only other name that he could have though of would've been normal man cuz that's exactly how Luke looks Same would have happened if Bruce Banner had been there, but without the glasses (cuz then he would've been glasses guy). Depending on when in Mark's story he joins the Avengers, he might make a good addition. Mark after Terra was born would be a good fit, since he knows who and what kinda hero he wants to be. Mark after he got tired of the dinosaur guy would make for better hero struggling with morality stories though.
i dont think so. he seems to be over being a hero and is fine with just doing what he has to do to protect the fam. like his end of story self aint exactly have the "hero mentality"

@@jaquanford2916 The Mark we see at the end probably has more of the idea of why do "I" specifically need to be a hero, when I have an empire of people who have the same powers as me. Plus, Thragg didn't even care about his own children, they were loyal until they realized he'd let them all die to win the war

i think they did that to not get fully sued but in the show when he comes back he has the web on him very creative
It would have been interesting if he made it to the DC universe and met Superman. Supes would have loved that backstory.
I'd want to see Spider-Man in the invincible verse more than I'd want to see invincible join the avengers.

Mark's mindset = Steve Roger's mindset. He'd be fine for the Avengers. Btw if your coming to Boston check out the Commons or the Garden before the weather gets too cold.
Mark would be a great addition at this point but "post-invincible-war" Mark would clash with the Avengers a bit. The "heroes don't kill" ethos of the Avengers was something he grew out of after Angstrom Levy survived and returned to trash the planet. I'd be curious to see if he'd have gone team cap or team Ironman in the first civil war though. He was comfortable working under Cecil... until he wasn't.
its not the Team ethos but some individual members have that mindset, they had a bunch of members who dont hold back on the killing if needed ... or in case of Deadpool who was a member for a short time are just freaking murder hobos
I wonder if Amazon is going to be able to work in a crossover-episode of invincible meets The Boys. A fight between Mark and Homelander could be fun to watch. They don't even need to cast someone as Mark but rather make it a completly animated episode like a normal Invincible episode. Would be cool.

oh, yeah. I feel like the Lizard League would probably be a nice warm-up, since he fought far more powerful villains who teamed up.
Mark is young, but I think he has a strong moral center and he could learn a lot from the Avengers. In the end I think he'd work out really well as an a Avenger.
I don't read comics anymore, but I still love them. That's why I'm subbed to your channel & I love watching stuff like this. I'm not as familiar with Invincible as the other heroes of this story, but I like the idea of him. I have watched a video about Mark though.

As a Bostonian, I offer this advice if you're driving. The turn signals are more of suggestion.
Would Mark make a good addition to the Avengers? Would ice cream make a great addition to a birthday cake? Also, 6:12- great! Spider-Man inthe Invincible Universe would depend on the writer- if it's Kirkman IMO it would work.

I think Invincible becoming an Avenger would be kinda cool. He has the room for growth. The good intention for whats right. As long as he doesnt encounter Nick Fury and all Nick Fury's machinations... He could easily become a landmark character in the Marvel landscape and not just his own.
I just finished the season 2 finale of invincible last night, It wouldve been awesome if they showed all of this or actually had spiderman in it, huge missed opportunity, also been watchiing since 2014ish I love your channel!

Spiderman in the invincible universe would be really cool, and certainly, he could hold his own. I think a number of his fights would go down the same way as what you saw in that one secret wars issue were Spiderman took on the X-Men. LOL, he pretty much laid out the whole team on his own, and so much of it has to do as he said, with his spider sense, speed, agility, and strength. Pretty nice combination spite he has there.
I’d think he’d be cool avenger something like a Superman type but without the split personalities of the sentry and the insanity waiting to happen of Hyperion
We gotta remember that Peter pulls his punches against villains. If he ends up in the Invincible universe, he might have to rescind that rule and use full strength given how brutal fights can get in that universe. Not a lot of villains would be able to sneak up on him and he'd have the advantage of experience with various kinds of bad guys with weird powers and such.
He'll probably hold back at first then go all out when he sees people die repeatedly and thier not constantly being retconned, he'd do exactly as you said.
@@BlackKingArmory It might be one of the few times we would get to see Peter go all out. No quips, no jokes. He'd even go so far as wrap his hands in tough webbing just so his hands won't shatter from how hard his punches would be.

Also I feel his durability would be more than enough to handle his full punches. But that isn't a bad idea when it comes to the webbing infact it actually sounds really cool. Peter in both old and modern comics has showed canon feats which put him over 10 tonnes, he stopped a jet by himself once and he calculated the exact weight it would be and how much force would be required, it was 52 tonnes, a few other times he’s held up a collapsing buildings and even half the daily bugle which even half weighs over a 100 tonne.
He’s well over 10 tonnes.

10 tons is good for a street tier and i prefer him on that level but that power scalers think if a character isn’t atleast Universal and light speed there weak

Dude it would be insane watching Peter go absolutely beyond his limits not having to hold back at all and in fact would need to push himself farther than he ever has to come out alive in the Invincible universe. Make sure you go to 2 places if you wanna take great photos, Copley Square, and the Boston Commons, and if it's not too cold, do the Freedom trail... the North End has amazing food. Actually there are amazing spots everywhere. Oh and the Reflecting Pool is another great spot for amazing photos. Everything is in walking distance!!!! And the fall foliage is happening!!!!!

this Is why I prefer the invincible universe and dislike regular comics except for spiderman and batman. The characters have no sense of power scaling and are as strong as the writers need them to be. How can captian America swap hands with Thanos but thragg can't? Too many versions of one character that are op or nerfed.
@@ICEMAKERM14 Im sorry but were you refering to the MCU Thanos or comicbook version? Cap has never swapped hands with the comicbook Thanos. And I agree Thanos is mostly written as ridiculously unstoppable, especially under Jim Starlin who has rehashed the same story of Thanos becoming super OP. His motivations and actions are also bad. Truth to be told he's a bad character. Very overrated.
His description of Avengers is quite accurate.
I do not think Mark would make a good addition yet, but he could grow into it. the reason I don't think so now is , to a degree he is still immature as a super hero and not that all of the avengers are able to make the right decision every time, but they have a lot more experience. that being said he'd be a powerhouse , no doubt.
