Cybersecurity stocks are over-valued with high PEs.
It is also not a game changer like the AI.
Cyber security is a must-to-have thing, but it has so much competition where same services are offered by many companies. They don't have pricing power anymore.
Nvidia also has tremendous competition, but their technology is far better than competetors and they have a fair advantage. ✅️
It is like comparing apples with bananas!
AI and Cyber go hand in hand. The more AI will be utilized, the more the need for advanced AI fueled cybersecurity. A robust cybersecurity is mandatory as per SEC requirements,
CRWD definitely has a moat. They simply have a better product, just like NVDA. Yes there are competitors, but these two names have a big lead and keep innovating.

Cybersecurity, if done by AI, then NVidia will also initialize a cyber securty department or Wing, and nlbody will get cybersecurity elsewhere..

NVDA has zero interest in doing anything else than semiconductor business, nor do they have the skillset to do so. You can't teach AI something you yourself have 0 knowledge of. Honestly, your point made 0 sense.

When the next big name company or two announces that their data has been hacked, the cybersecurity stocks will be noticed. Every company, municipality, government agency will need to pay for cyber protection. It will be as common a payment as needing to have car insurance. An organization may not need to upgrade to AI immediately and can afford to wait, but cyber protection is needed NOW!

BUT, on CNBC the absolute worst guest is Jenny Harrington (my head hurts every time she spews her nonsense and fully show her stupidity); they just let anyone become a portfolio manager. If you've ever listened to her on Halftime, you'll know what I mean.
