  • 🏵️whole wheat Mini burger recipe:-
    💠Ingredients
    whole wheat - 1.5cup
    milk - 1/2cup
    salt - 1 TSP
    sugar - 1 TBSP
    instant dry yeast - 1TBSP
    melted butter - 2 TBSP
    Sesame Seed- optional
    💠preparation
    ▪️Add all the above ingredients and mix everything well together, use hand beater if not u can use ur hand but it will take 15 mins to knead.
    ▪️make a round shape and leave it for 30mins , it will be double in size .
    ▪️now cut it into an equal portion, make a round shape and leave it for 30mins , again it will be double in size.
    ▪️Now just apply the milk on top or u can also use egg white . sprinkle some sesame seeds and bake it for 10 mins in 200 degree Celsius. if the size is bigger allow it to bake for 15mins. Apply the butter on top it's ready now
    🏵️ potato paneer patties
    💠 ingredients
    cooked Potato
    grated paneer
    kashimi chilli powder - 1/2 TSP
    turmaric powder - 1/4 TSP
    cumin powder - 1/2 TSP
    salt as required
    onion - optional
    any veggies - optional
    💠 Preparation
    ▪️u can add potato and paneer in any ratio but in this I took 2:1 ratio of potato and paneer . Add all the above ingredients together
    ▪️make a round shape , 1st dip it inside the corn flour mixed water, then coat it with the breadcrumbs
    ▪️add some ghee on pan and roast the Patties
    🏵️ now spread the avocado and place the cheese on top then pattie now the burger is ready
