Hi there great informative video just a quick question How often should we re sand and oil kitchen worktops? And once you’re retreating the surface do you use the same amount of pressure sanding the wood down as you would an untreated surface? Thank you

I would recommend re-oiling your worktop every 12 months. I would recommend cleaning the work surface and then lightly sanding the wood with 120 grit sandpaper. This would only require light sanding and not too much pressure. Dust off any sanding dust and then apply one maintenance coat of oil. Love the short drying time. Is it food safe too?

Can l use this top oil on a black laminate worktop that has some scratches and is faded colour in patches? I used wd40 recently and it worked but that can be washed off. Thanks
