Hello friend, Im trying to do the same thing with my 2000 FLD120 classic. So I took it apart and now cant find the pvc sheet anywhere here (Houston, Tx area). I even tried at homedepot with the sku & model # u put in the comment section...any other material that i can use. Thank u!
Try calling any sign shop supplier they usually sell it too i won’t recommend anything else because it might get mildew with the a/c condensation also try customer service at Home Depot they might special order it for you

Amrit Deol the seatbelt remove the plastic cover and you’ll see the bolt and then that metal piece you are talking about remove the fuse box cover and you’ll see it has screws in the inside
Can I use anything else other than pvc cause the only place closest to me that has it is Atlanta 4 hours away
jemel richardson pvc sheet it’s sold at any Home Depot if you use something else make sure it doesn’t get damaged by water

YasielDFMC once you install the seats and everything it should stay by itself however I did put construction adhesive called power grab by loctite sorry I forgot to mention but you can use anything like caulking, clear silicone or liquid nails I went with power grab because it said on label it dries fast and as good as liquid nails or better plus it was clear I thought if any will get on Vinyl wil be easy to clean up but Alex plus caulking which is so cheap could have worked just fine

YasielDFMC it’s located in the plywood section some Home Depots put them by the moldings section I willets to get the item number but you can also try lowes I was just there yesterday and they had some by the plywood section

Valente Quinteto el rollo de aluminio es :duct insulation o insulacion de ductos la plancha de Blanca es: 1/2 inch 4x8 pvc sheet o una hoja de pvc de medía por 4x8 y por último el piso es de vinyl cómpralo en liquidation lumber ya q ellos tienen mejor precio mejor calidad y colores más bonitos y todo lo demás en Lowe’s o Home Depot

@@fldlife i bought a chrome one since the old one broke on one side but it looks like he bolts are from inside the dash panel
