An idea for an update is at Halloween, you should put loads of houses around the map! and you can trick or treat at them. the more treats you get the more points you get. and you can buy things with the points :)

One update I would like to see is the bird egg! Just like the fossil island, there would be a forest and your quest would be to find the birds! You would carry bird feed and you would catch them and put them in a cage to look closer at AND you would be able to get feathers from them! There would be birds like pigeons, hummingbirds, etc… I would really love to see an update like that.

When I joined the game I didn’t know how neons worked and I thought you could choose what color you wanted your pet to glow and thinking back to it I think it’s a great idea and I would love to see it in game!

Great idea
I would LOVE to see a build up to the new eggs, like the Fossil Isle excavation update. This makes the eggs and new pets feel SO MUCH more special. I still love the Ocean, Mythic, and Woodland eggs, but there is less hype for the eggs. I hope this will happen for the next egg in Adopt Me!

Can I suggest something? I like the backpack update... But I wish it was more organized. This is a hassle sometimes in trading, as you scroll for an eternity, a lot of people will just decline, because they're impatient. Putting the variety of pets by their ages from newborn - full grown and reborn - Luminous, would make it easier to trade and even find stuff for yourself. I like the favorites tab, but you have to get creative on your own to remember what you're currently aging or wanting to trade etc.
My favorite update was the Christmas 2019 update :). I loved the giant advent calendar, buying christmas presents + eggs, the sleighs/sled, flying the reindeer, etc. And also the iconic frost dragon of course.

Amazing video Matt - nice to see you part of Team Adopt Me! I think the entire community would LOVE to see an egg release in the style of a live event, for example the fossil egg update. Although egg countdowns are great like the ocean/mythic and woodland eggs, its nice to have a HUGE build up to the event :)

I would LOVE for a player to be able to equip more then one pet at a time update. It would also be cool if in that update you could make a pet family’s or a pet house with pet size furniture to decorate with! That would be so awesome!

3:35 I would rlly love an insect egg or an update where you can equip two pets , or an invertebrate egg since the so called insects like spiders aren't, like that we would be able to hatch from the common red lobster to the legendary blue lobster ( could be a cray fish l or a cute ultra rare tarantulas or a common cockroach .
Edit : I played before playful pets update , but I forgot how it used to look and whenever I think of it its the most weirdest thing ever .
I'd love to see the Pool Party come back! I always loved using a grappling hook to get to the top of the giant spiral slide, and then just sliding down back into the water.

I would love to see more roleplay places. As much as I love collecting pets and items, I really do miss the roleplay aspect of the game! It would definitely be an amazing addition to add buildings for the purpose of roleplays :) such as like a hair salon or a library

I started Roblox in July 2018 and I was in game when the pet update was released, I can’t remember much but since the pet update I played Adopt Me more often.Till today I had some phases where I didn’t play Adopt Me, but I’m playing it more often now and it’s very impressive and a bit sad how much Adopt Me changed.I miss the old ice cream parlor but it’s cool how Adopt Me added the Penguins in it.I remember that day when they released the Penguins, everyone in the Server was at the new ice cream parlor.Or the lemonade stand update, it was in Summer Holidays (I don’t remember the year but probably 2019,2020) and at the same time me and my brother selled in real life lemonade in our village, as we came back in the evening we saw the update and we bursted into laughters.I really love Adopt Me and the ideas you guys come up with.
Here some ideas:
More tasks for pets like for example, they need to go on a walk, that would be nice.
A new school and bigger, separated into pets area and kids area
That there are jobs like pet trainer, cashier at the farm, coffee seller, cashier at the baby store, cashier at the pet store, cook at the pizzeria, doctor or nurse in the hospital, teacher, etc.
More obbies
New places like a park

These updates actually shocked me..
Especially the pet accessories . I loved the new pet accessories and I loved searching for the key parts. Me and my friend started to get distracted with all the things underwater. That had to be my favorite update by far.
Suggestion updates:
#1 Mystery Egg
I know this might sound weird.. but I’d like to see a mystery egg. It should be purchased for $900 and a mystery pet should come out of them. No matter what update the pet came out in, the player would get it! It could be a farm egg pet or even an ocean egg pet and the pet would come out of the Mystery egg!
#2 Toy eggs
I love the toys, and I think you should add more! So, I would like a toy egg to get random toys out of them. My pets would sure love it 😌

One of my favorite memories of playing adopt me: 2018, before pets me and my sister where playing and I kept trading her and she kept getting annoyed, but like a happy annoyed cause she had nothing to trade me❤ good times

I think you should add NPCs (like doctor heart or Shane) to the house building menu.
You could dress them up and make them say pre-written text when interacted with.
This would bring house-builds to a whole new level. You could have them 'living' in the house and showing others around

I would like to see some kind of throw back update, where you enter like a time machine (everyone has a different one, only 1 player in at a time) and they can travel to different events, monkey fair ground, fossil island, different eggs, winter updates, and more, this could be an item but you can only use it like once a week, or a 1 time/ seasonal update
I would personally love a update that actually changes a pets look based on its age like when their newborns their tiny with bigger eyes theirs already a baby kangaroo I just think it would make aging up your pets more sentimental and special because you can recall how tiny they were and you can feel excited to see what different pets will look like at different ages! Although I doubt this will a update sense their are so many pets in game and you would have to do 6 different looks for all of them just something I thought was interesting!

Loved the video Matt! I’m excited to see the new videos you will make to come, and for some new updates! I’m in agreement with some of the others, I think it would be cool to have another activity for a new egg, like with the fossil egg, I would also love to see the monkey fairground return! As for something new, I think it would be cool to have baby pets! So like, when they hatch they are tiny and adorable and by the time you age them to teen, they become full size. Another thing that would be quite cool, is to have an official adopt me trading value list, I do know there are some in existance already but I want to have an official one from you guys, and for the trading notification “is this a fair trade? You could be getting scammed, remember trust NO ONE” to go based off the list, since sometimes when I’m trading a cow because it’s rare rank but it’s an old pet so it’s valuable for a legendary rank pet it comes up even though it’s fair. What I want in adopt me is where people can make their own pet
for one of my friends i would love to see raccoons in adopt me,
but an update you could add would go like this:
players have to open the settings menu in adopt me and turn on a function called "advanced mode" (its optional to do this)
activating this function allows extra things to do, such as:
refilling the food and water bowls,
making the bed
turning on the tap for the bathtubs/showers
etc.
I looked at some other people's ideas and they are great! i love the idea to add an extension or the size of pets thing.
(also when is the pool coming back, the hot spring has been here for quite a long time)
i also would love to see new weather updates, there could be
spring weather update: (longer grass and flowers)
autumn weather update: (the colourful trees, and cleanable piles of leaves you can have the task to rake away from your house (optional) )
wind, rain, fog, after rain things where there are puddles everywhere on the road part of Adopt Me Island, etc.

I really appreciate your efforts to keep all of the adopt me players happy. However, some of my friends are bored in adopt me. They said making neon legendaries take too long. So I'd really appreciate it if you can do a huge map change and make pet aging take shorter.

I would like to see an update where you buy caterpillars and age them up and then they make a cocoon and hatch into one of three different types of butterflies. It would be so cool to try and get different butterflies
I would like to see an update similar to the Monkey event, where you can buy a box, and inside the box is a pet plus items, and you can use some of those items as ingredients to change the pet into a different variant.
When I played adopt me for the first time with my little cousin, the game still didn't have pets and I've enjoyed every update since then. I love buying and decorating houses, this game is so cute! ❤️

I had an idea that in build mode you could have a storage button so if you were moving house you could put your furniture in storage if you don’t want to loose it like for example you have a tiny home and an age o’matic and you want to get a family home and you want to keep the age o’matic you can put it in storage before getting the family home

How about making a mini game for every season, the currency could be leafs (Orange=autumn pink=spring blue=winter green=summer).
A couple of exclusive pets that could only be obtained every season! It might be something that players can do while levelling up their pets to make neons!
What update I'd like to see is being able to have two pets equipped at the same time and to change it up instead of it being a game pass it could be like a little Quest there could be a island called the island of doubles or something where you have to get past tests with two pets then you are able to unlock to pets at the same time

I think you should add more functional furniture like having the ability to cook food on the stove item maybe adding some new foods and animations when cooking. As a mainly grinding player I get bored alot and just afk the tasks I think a couple mini games and quests could give people something to do except trade and raise pets also adding small rewards for completing these little games and large desirable prizes for super difficult ones. Maybe copy pet sim x a bit and add a "mastery" system like making 100 legendary pets full grown (manually) rewards a player with a special item, pet or even a custom chat tag- don't think everyone would do it for a chat tag- but just a suggestion. Personally names like ultra rare and legendary are not deserved, I think it's way kinda easy to hatch legendary pets ( for me at least ) and it's super hard to trade for older legendary pets because "it's still in game". Not saying you should lower the probability of legendary pets but maybe add a new rarity and make it 0.10% chance to get one. Just to make clear what I just suggested is not for new players but I have alot of bucks to burn and want another reason to waste my time.
I think rewards for big tasks would be fun.
(Similar to what you said, aging up to a specific amount of pets, doing a number of tasks, making an amount of trades, playing for an amount of time, etc.)
One update i would really recommend is getting new places for our pets to go to and having there hunger,thirst, whatever activity they have come quicker! Personally I love adopt and can’t wait to see what comes in the future!!!!
I know it was spoil the rarety of pets, but i would absolutly love to see an update where all the old eggs are in thee gumblall machine, and maybe depending on how old the eggs are, the harder it will to obtain one. For example, the safari egg was the first egg introduced to the gummball machine, so that could be 3% chance of getting one. Even if this update was for a week, that would be excellent, especially since there are alot of new players who have missed out on the pets from old eggs. :D

Hello can you make it so pets can make noise depending on what you do. What i mean is like a dog will growl at you or bark and cats meow, all the other animals like rabbits, and so on can squeak or do anything you think is best. I also think you should make a donut shop into adopt me because we have all the stuff so why cant we have a donut shop!!? just another idea, maybe you could make pet battles.. for example like the shadow dragon against the frost.. i don't mean like y'know real battles, i mean using their tricks they could all so off their tricks!

I’ve been playing this game for a long time!! I’m just soo addicted to it. But few days ago I got scammed. My ride and fly neon unicorn was gone. And she traded a winged horse but when the trade was successful, I did not get my pet nor the pet they traded.
I was thinking when there is like Halloween , Christmas and more, they have games of the updates so you can give a task to play those games
A update that I think would be cool is putting older pets from older eggs into presents. Like have a wave of uncommon, common, rare, ultra rare, and legendary pets in gift boxes! With the chance to get them in the different presents! I had a dream about this like 2 years ago and never let go of it since. So I think this will be a huge update and let me players expand their inventory sooner and easier.
No, I don't think so. The older pets would lose their rarity and although I do not have a problem with that, a lot of people in the trading community would not like that. Also, pets don't come from presents that's why they hatch from eggs! But it would be cool to have new gifts(separate from the regular ones) with eggs inside of them that cost more. And they wouldn't be previous eggs there would have to be new eggs. The problem with that is that's a lot of pets you're going to have to make and even if there's only 2 pets in an egg(kind of like the golden eggs where you have a single egg but the you have the same chance to get the pets in the egg) it would still take a while to make and you would have to figure out what pets you want to put inside, because we have so many pets already. I think your idea is cool and I'm not trying to bring you down, but it probably just wouldn't work.
i think they cant, the values in adopt me is the way that they keep the game, and the way that they earn money, but i think they can remake the old pets and bring they back, keeping the old pets with the same design to keep their values. (like a 2019 giraffe, and a 2022 giraffe with different designs)
@@sebastianafy Nah, I(my personal opinion) don't think that would even work. Take a look at royale high, for example. There is a rare item called the parasol that you were able to get at a high price in the shop for a limited time. This was in 2019. But the community wanted the devs to bring it back, but the devs wanted to still keep the rarity of the original parasol so they names the first one "original 2019 elegant parasol" and the new one they sold in the shop "elegant parasol" or "2020 elegant parasol" something like that.(and they removed 2019 parasol from the shop so it would now be a legacy item) Since there was such an issue about this in the community, the next year they kept the 2019 one off sale and continued to sell the elegant parasol(not the original) in the shop. There used to be no difference between them other than the name. Literally. Recently though they changed it so that the top of the original was spinning. (By the way I'm not sure if this is exactly accurate I may have said something wrong, you could probably find more about it if you looked on Twitter or something) What I'm trying to say is I don't think that would work because some people could fake it to make it seem like the original one and decrease its rarity. And they already have a pet in game called the "2021 uplift butterfly" which I think could get really confusing at times and some people would think that there is another version of the butterfly. They would have to make it at least recognizable as the newer version as the parasol in royale high but then they would have to add something to every old existing model they have for the pets, which might take a while. And I don't really see the point anyways, except for people who haven't collected them could get a chance to have one. I hope this didn't come across as rude but I wanted to say how I personally feel like it wouldn't be worth it or work out either short term or long term.
small update idea: you would be able to see how many tasks you have to do to level your pet up i think it would be very helpful
A future update I would like to see is a update in May with a 2x Event and cloudy weather with rain and lots of flowers, not only that but to add a pet platypus that month would be stunning! Thanks alot!

I would like an easier way to identify the same pets, when you're aging them up. If you're in a family, It gets hard to attend to their needs/not knowing who's is who's. Labeling them to distinguish one from the other, would be Soooooo helpful! Cat P for Parent/Cat B for Baby. If you had two babies and their pets, they can be labeled as the players name JeMs Cat / GeMs Cat.

I was thinking maybe add in some more gameplay because obviously you can age and feed pets but tbh it’s a bit boring 😅 so I was thinking it would be so cool if nps could come into the game, give quests and maybe even sell items and pets! That would be fun, but I could see why this wouldn’t be added. It’s not really Adopt Me’s style. That style is more like a Roblox Simulator game. Adopt Me is a more roleplaying and trading type of game.

there could be this update where the pool party will be back, I honestly loved the pool party and adopt me fans will go crazy for it! As well as the dress up building (I forgot what it was called)
You should also add this update when its adopt me's 5th birthday there will be this for called "The present" where it's a gift And when you open it, it will be either a unicorn, butterfly, or a dragon! The fans will love it as well!

One update that I would like to see is in the party’s.you should not just be able to rate it but write about it so that way people can READ if it was a scam or not. :) just a suggestion tho
an update I would like to see is, a plane crashes into adoption island, and then a quest is help the people who brought their pets onboard you you would have to help over 4-5 people and get adopt me money, pet wear, or even a pet!

Honestly my favourite updates were:
Halloween house, that was so much fun to explore it and get spooked!
Pets, i remember how excited we all were my friends first pet from the starter egg was a shiba and she still has it to this day! (That was before starter eggs were just cat and dog)
Christmas there were 2 different updates the first one was before pets when Santa would be up in the sky with his sleigh dropping items every now and then and i r§remember my happiness gets the legendary bunny carriage and the other Christmas update after pets where the artic reindeer and normal reindeer needed our help with things!
Valentines update where you get matched with someone random in the sever and that person is your soulmate for the time that you play in that server. You do not have to participate in soulmate matching though

This is honestly just an idea/suggestion but it would be really nice to have a bug egg update for the gumball machine. The pets in the egg could be moths, cricket/grasshopper, pill bugs (rollie pollie), spiders, caterpillars, slug/snail, ant, mosquito and much more

For holidays like Christmas and Halloween there should be furniture pieces like we had 2018, for Halloween we should be able to trick or treat at peoples houses like we also did in 2018. For Christmas, we should get a tree again that we receive items from Santa and a big gift to open on the 25th. Last thing I think we should be able to turn off the pet interactions
I think that being able to choose the colours of your neon pets would make it better for everyone as some people prefer colours then to what the default is.

Honestly the update I want is a zodiac update. There will be 12 new pets based off of all 12 zodiacs! Or could come in a special egg in the gumball machine or could be just-there. There would also be new zodiac toys based of of each zodiac or just any color-this is my suggestion though!!

I joined adopt me on my first ever Roblox account on the update just before the pet update or maybe earlier! I loved the old nersury! And I remember when you hold a baby there would be stats instead of these popups. I quit Roblox just as the pet update came out but now I play like everyday!
My fav update of all time is the 2019 Christmas update, it’s wonderful and brings back lots of nostalgias.
I’d love to see a new building! Maybe a building for taking care of pets! Maybe that or updating the pizza shop!
One update I want in the game is that when we get newborn pets they start small then they get bigger as we raise them up to full grown and stuff, but not too big.
I would love an update especially for neon makers, that there will be a Spinning wheel for Tasks! You will have to insert some bucks - and the wheel will spin and give you the certain amount of tasks for you to complete!
