i eat everything on the Dr. Sebi approved food list, anything that God made is alkaline and has a ph of 7 or higher, anything that man made has a ph below 7 and is a acid. try it out for a few days and you can feel the difference, look up alkaline recipes on youtube they have tons of awesome ones! im also drinking Irish sea moss and bladderwrack in my smoothies and i never felt so good, they sell it online or you can go to the beach and harvest it yourself!! I also drink stinging nettle and burdock tea this will also give you tons of energy

January 2017 I cut out junk food, dairy food, meats, can foods, alcohol, frozen dinners which contains high sodium and preservatives and decided to detox....during my detox the only thing I would eat would be tropical fruits an of course vegetables.....
