Finding accommodation at 200/300 per week is quite difficult! Even you are lucky enough to find one it would be dull gloomy or a shared accommodation! If you want to find a decent pleasant accommodation you would probably be able to find it around 550 per week. Make sure you take an apartment with parking cause you will definitely need a car, car parking's are expensive. Grocery are expensive too. If you are cooking at home for one person probably you would be able to contain around 100/120 dollars per week. Don't just travel on visitor visa and take the risk of converting it to work permit. Better to find a job and then come as a sponsored employee!! Also, if you are getting a job sponsored you should never be required to pay for any VISA fees. Your employer should be able to raise the VISA for you along with a week long hotel accommodation. While you are at the hotel you should make all efforts to find permanent accommodation which is another struggle. As you need to provide good references along with income proof. All the best! If you ask me between Australia and New Zealand I would recommend go for Australia!

How much you are ready to spend on accommodation, see how far you need to travel for work and what transport you would need, food and groceries are given you cannot cut them short!

Honestly speaking I still don’t understand or know what Value masters Add to a persons qualifications! I am a simple engineer who have worked hard throughout my decade long experience and I am almost at par with what ppl with Masters degree earn in and around AU and NZ. So cannot really comment on the value it adds apart from a burden of loan! But yes I think situations might differ from individuals to individual. I am still in the same career stream from the begining and have build my reputation based on the work I have delivered! Having said that if you have to choose countries choose Australia! Not the correct person to answer about masters education! Also as you mentioned masters in accounts maybe the country you choose have a requirement to hold degree with that specialization from the respective country’s university so think wisely!
