- Tony is to redemption (he wants to save everyone)
- Peter Parker is to meaning (he wants to do something that actually MEANS something for someone)
- Thor is to revenge (he wants to avenge his people, family, friends, and life)
- Just like Wanda (she wants to avenge Vision, and probably Pietro too)
- Just like Deadpool (he wants to avenge himself first, Vanessa then)
- Natasha is to redemption (she wants to fight for what's right)
- Loki is too (he wants to be seen as something else than a monster or a failure)
- Bucky is to peace (he doesn't want to fight anymore)
- Eric Killmonger is to justice (or what he sees as justice)
- Stephen is to knowledge (it makes him turn into a better version of himself)
- Hela is to destruction (it’s the source of her powers)
- T’Challa is to righteousness (he wants to be a good king)
- Vision too (he wants to be a good person)
- Magneto is to freedom (it’s just a guess, I have never seen any X-Men movie so)
- Just like Phoenix (again, just a guess)
- Frank Castle is to revenge (he wants to avenge his family)
- The guardians are in different ways: Gamora wants to be a good person, Nebula wants to be freed, Quill wants to have a functional family, Draxx wants to avenge his, Groot is Groot, and Rocket wants to be normal
- Thanos is to balance (he wants to give balance to the universe)
And it’s interesting to realize that it actually destroyed them at some point: they died (Loki, Tony, Killmonger, Hela, Vision, Gamora, Thanos, Nat) , or ended up crazy (Bucky, Frank, Thor, Deadpool), or alone (Steve, Quill, Wanda, Peter Parker), or they lost someone (Stephen, T’Challa, Nebula, Draxx, Rocket, Groot) or they were betrayed (Magneto). Every.Single.One.Of.Them.
