It's not just the nose. It's all of her facial features. Find one of those before and after side by side photos of Jennifer. Cover up the nose on both photos. She doesn't look the same even when you can't see the noses. Some people's faces just change a lot through the natural aging process. The aging face types are sagger, sinker, or wrinkler. I think Jennifer is a sinker, which really changes your facial appearance. A good plastic surgeon could absolutely adjust her nose to something closers to what it was. But who bother? The rest of her face looks different too.

It would have been a different movie without Patrick cause he was just awesome in Dirty Dancing. I am glad that Jennifer came around and realized that Patrick was the right person for the part of Johnny. Jennifer had dance experience too so it made the movie a timeless classic that we can still watch all of these years later and still enjoy it.

Decades after Jennifer's rhinoplasty, our culture is even more immersed in cosmetic procedures, reconstruction, and everlasting youthfulness. We do not celebrate with honor the natural process of aging gracefully and fail to see the natural beauty of aging. In Jennifer's case, her age had nothing to do with her decision for surgery. And yet, look at all the push back she has gotten for doing something she had been presured to do since childhood. I understand why she did it. Jennifer, you were lovely before the surgery. Now you radiate a winsomeness and grace, and shine with magnificience. You are interesting, you are phoenix rising. Truly, you are beautiful, just as you are. ❤❤❤

Most people look freakish and scary after their surgeries but not her. I loved seeing her on Dancing with the Stars years ago as well. Just a beautiful person all around.

Gotta agree that it makes her "unrecognizable" for those of us who knew her original look. Bummer that she had such a hard time with it all because she looks amazing.

I feel so bad for her. She lived her dream, for which she worked hard for, just to get a failed plastic surgery, because Hollywood told her so.

she didn't get other parts because people just wanted her to be baby. I hope she and Kate Winslet, who no one wanted to see as anyone other than Rose, could possibly work on a project together as performers or producers. I don't know a lot about Hollywood, but it's unlikely I ever hear about this actress without the tags mentioned here. I appreciate her candor and bringing her current perspective to light.
Jennifer Grey had her own unique beauty. She was gorgeous in her own right She's still beautiful, but I wish that she hadn't felt that she needed to change her looks.

Jennifer grey looks like a totally different person, she had good work, but now she looks like a plain Jane . Her looks were more interesting and just made her pretty in a unique way..
Sadly she thought they were type casting her as the plain girl with the hot guy. Although her unique look is what made her so appealing.

I understand why she had the surgeries. I can relate, having been through the same thing, and I really struggled with deep regrets afterward (and sometimes still do).
Her nose, yes, but did she mention her nose? I hope she keeps talking about her nose. And writes a series of books called "I once had a big nose", "My nose journey", "My nose my choice", "Who nose", "Oh nose", "Dancing without The Nose" etc.
She had a LOT more done than a nose job, at least cheek implants, the lip thing, eyebrow lift, face lift, fillers, botox and probably more. Her chin and jawline don't look the same either. She needs to stop trashing Johnny Depp, too.

Women have been pressured and heavily influenced for millenia to alter their looks and their bodies to meet industry standards of beauty. Fashion is fickle and the standards were predominantly set by men. When a woman is in the public eye, the pressure to meet these expectations is toxic. Decades after Jennifer's rhinoplasty, our culture is even more immersed in cosmetic procedures, reconstruction, and everlasting youthfulness. We do not celebrate with honor the natural process of aging gracefully and fail to see the natural beauty of aging. In Jennifer's case, her age had nothing to do with her decision for surgery. And yet, look at all the push back she has gotten for doing something she had been presured to do since childhood. I understand why she did it.
Jennifer, you were lovely before the surgery. Now you radiate a winsomeness and grace, and shine with magnificience. You are interesting, you are phoenix rising. Truly, you are beautiful, just as you are. ❤❤❤

She is a beautiful woman. Both ways. Sheesh, America, let it go! Can you imagine having to bear the burden of the opinions of millions of people throughout your entire life? How awful for her as a young owns trying to make a living in the Hollywood machine. She got America back though by living her best life with grace and beauty.
