Per day portionwise divide kar ke rakh len, ek din pehle nikaal ke fridge mein rakh len, consistency thik kar len , lekin garam karte time garam pani hi daalen. Meri apni sale ke hisaab se fix hai, ki 2 kg daal banati hoon jo ki 4 kg ho jaati hai approx usko 2 to 3 days fridge mein hi rakh leti hoon, freezer mein rakhne ke zarurat nahin parti.

3 Part (75%) sabut dhania and 1 part (25%) sabut jeera. Not exactly roasting, but heat them slightly and separately to extract moisture only, then cool it before grinding. Watch my Garam Masala video releasing today evening for heating tips.
