I feel like all of Yggdrasil Omega's themes have some Pokemon Mystery Dungeon vibes on it. Her standard Omega theme kinda reminds me of Primal Dialga theme while her Arbos theme feels like you are playing a certain mythical (?) forest-kind of dungeon in Mystery Dungeon.
Something about Yggy Arbos feels more.... youthful? Like she's regained some innocence that was fading away.... her power yet grows but her kindness renewed
This is more Lumacie theme than Yggdrasil, its the part of the song that repeats most. Maybe they could have added some part of Rose Queen too (bit of choirs would fit well), to the mix and make it more livelier, adapt for a fight theme, even if this softness is part of her
How do I feel about earth M3 as a Titan lord? Hold that thought for just a moment. I've fighting Yggy right now, and let me just tell you how utterly mesmerized I am. My dear sweet Yggy, with her bare back, her luscious breasts, her smooth shoulders, and that gentle face that could turn a jaded bastard like me into melted butter. Honestly, if there's one thing good about M3 earth, it's this. I will devote the next few days to farm 6 copies of 250 Yggy. I will flood all my earth comps with Yggy summons. I don't care if my weapons don't work with Yggy. I can even show you my ringed Yggy if I must. I love her, and she's the only thing keeping me sane in this hellhole of a gacha game...
Honestly, as the battle stage... somehow it lost the suddenly 'rush' feeling when the tempo kicked in from the M1 HL version But as the music itself, it is really good and peacefull to repeat while working and doing other things
did they just remixed this? i feel like you can hear more instruments in the music after the update edit: just listened until the end, yep they totally remixed and added more to the theme, its 200% way better now
They had the chance to do something cool with Yggdrasil for M3 and they chose to do fucking nothing. What a damn waste, everyone else got to look cool. I'd feel bad for her fans, but a lot of them eat this shit up gladly.
I actually expect something cool from Yggdrasil too. but after listening to Leviathan, I don't think she needs it. this one earn a special place among all 6 M3, definitely not a banger like Levi or Colo but damn it's relaxing to hear
