    5:38 this is very true. A lot of issues arise today because people apologise for errors that don't exist, or can't perceive those that do. Then it becomes apologising upon apologising long after people have stopped listening. I think the goal of an apology is to resolve a conflict - if it won't resolve a conflict, or serve a concrete purpose then it ends up being meaningless. The conflict may not necessarily be between two people, it may be between two ideals like believing it's the right thing to do over your pride. But it has to resolve tension or concretely work towards it at least.

      Cassandra is a professor, but she's not the professors you'd work with in the online courses. But she's kind of like a professor for the class on TH-cam!
