Drinking smoothies, helped me get back into eating better. Like if I wanted to skip a meal, instead I would make a smoothie its easier to consume because its a liquid & you just drink it. That helped me build better eating habits. Love your videos

also, idk if u have this in the netherlands but i also struggled with weight gaining and i got some nutrition drinks (not like protein shakes u drink when u work out, more like a kind of drinkable yoghurt, its called fortimel) prescribed by a dietist and it rly helped!
i’m a picky eater already know i would not eat those😹
