LOOOOOL that number 4 with the purple headgear for the blue and white team is one of he most useless tacklers I'ever seen lmao. How'd he even make the team?
I see a lot of old negative comments on here. Saying he played against shit tacklers? Personally I don't know what competition he was in but where are you negative haters at now? One of the hardest runners/tacklers in the game! Already got a state of origin under his belt and surely a kangaroos spot.
This is GPS, the top level of schoolboy rugby in Australia, 80% of wallabies reps that come from NSW came from the GPS comp. I mean Crichton is now one of the best forwards in the NRL, played origin, won a premiership, etc so it's not like he's some run of the mill schoolboy player that never amounted to anything
Honestly I've seen junior girls touch teams that can legit tackle better than this, not taking anything away from the player he seems solid but no wonder it's so easy for him to bust through
Gee, as if the wallabies couldn’t do without a good inside centre at the moment. But wait.... we have Bernard Foley. I read Crichton could be back in Union after his 2021 contract. Union can’t afford to not have players like Angus.
you're acting as if foley was a bad player he took the tahs to a super rugby final and won it and took the wallabies to a World Cup final off his own boot we've dropped from 2nd in the world to 7th since hes left.....
Playing for Souths Sydney Rabbitohs who are top of the table and hopefully he will help win them a grand final before going over to the dark side at Eastern Suburbs Roosters next year.
Wasted would be having him play in some useless fucken union team that no one watches. He's got a GF ring and played for NSW.. thats not wasted if you ask me.
@@josephharper9506 i mean not really true he would've been on a pretty big contract and would've played wallabies as he was one of the best schoolboys in the world at union compared to being a very very good but not superstar at league as he hadn't played before
+Rees Evans i'm 15 and size doesn't matter anymore. just skill and talent. big kids are the worst players because they can't get through anymore because anyone who plays rugby at 15 can tackle.
Very one dimensional...did not pass to his team mates as a first option ever. When you are bigger and stronger you tend to try and bump or run over everyone which is what he did. If you were coaching against him you would know he would never pass. Be very frustrating as a team mate.
Firstly that’s an 8 minute clip in a schoolboy union career that spanned 2-3 years of first XV, secondly he’s a big bodied inside centre who’s obviously been tasked with getting over the advantage line in contact, and lastly one dimensional or not he’s the best backrower in the NRL right now, played for his country, won a premiership and was close to MOTM in state of origin last week so he’s done well for a one dimensional player
@@joshf-w9602 100 percent agree. I was commenting on his 8 minute clip showing zero passing and using his, as you say, bigger and stronger physique. Maybe he passed the ball in the other 2-3 years worth of clips. If you have the size and power definitely use it to your advantage which he did, I was just commenting that based on the 8 minutes of footage, he did not pass once, thus frustrating his team mates. I did not say it wasn't successful. Nor did I mention the State of Origin which would have been 10 years into the future but it IS good to see him dominating like he did the other night, and also a positive was seeing him develop an offload and passing game over those 10 years.
@@RobboOutdoors I think all in all it’s abit hard to judge a players weaknesses based on an 8 minute HIGHLIGHT video, firstly there were passes, heaps of offloads, inside balls, etc but why on earth would you even want such a destructive ball runner passing the ball before the line?
The skill and the ability to offload is key 🔑 to really stand out from just being a forward in modern rugby league. 😎
Like a truly great player he knows when to offload
hard ayy
LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING HIM PLAY FIRST GRADE FOR THE MIGHTY RABBITOHS IN 2016!! :-D
Oh he is hated by quite a lot of Souths supporters but he hasn’t been good since he’s left

None of these people can tackle
Just big for his age group, won't be nearly as effective when he reaches adults
Rees Evans If you are talking about big players, check out that wing (14) size doesent mean anything.
