That’s one of the toughest parts of Lush! I’m on the fence about advancing my own collection because they expire so quickly and they’re so much better used when fresh

Yeah Lush doesn’t make much sense to collect because of their natural ingredients and lack of preservatives (aka very short shelf life)

When I keep bath bombs for more than a couple of weeks, they dry out and don't work in the bath very well. How do you deal with this when you have so many?!
I seal them in poly bags and they are stored in bins under my bed to avoid light. But some will loose there effectiveness quicker than others. I dont worry to much if an old one sinks as long as it holds a good scent.

I have a small collection but I make sure to just have like one soap, one jelly mask, one fun, and two small sized body lotions. I always use them and make sure to not just let them expire. The only thing I collect and use on a less regular basis (once a week) are bath bombs. And not all of them are from Lush.
The thing about huge collections like this is that barely any of the products will be fully used. Maybe they’ll be used once or twice but in the end they probably won’t be used again. That’s why you can’t have a TON of products because it becomes a waste of money.
The shower gel you showed named "glögg" its swedish for mulled wine :D and we drink it at chrismas!
Please make an in-depth video on your samples! I’d recommend Lush “I’m home” perfume, it smells sweet, like baked goods, with a hint of gingerbread cookies.

Michelle you have a fantastic collection and I am quite jealous. I would love an in depth one for shower gels and hand creams. I know people have criticized you for having so much but you are not the only one to love Lush products so much. For example 'All Things Lush UK' has just as much if not more and she has a fantastic comment at the beginning of this video 'My Crazy Lush Collection 2016 - Part 1 (Lush Cosmetics)' explaining that she doesn't need to answer to anyone. She works for the money to pay for it and it is her choice what she does with it. Thanks for all the good work and fantastic videos.

Hey can I just ask a question real quick? Can you still use lush products when they expire? I purchased a moisturising cream about 6 months ago along with the mask of magnaminty facial scrub and I used the facial scrub grand but I still have the cream and it's well expired now I think it only lasted for like three months or something, but you were saying there that you have a lip balm that expired in like 2007 so can you still use that? And I doubt you're able to use all of those products within the allotted time given until they expire haha. By the way I freaking love your collection. I just recently got paid and ordered another bath bomb/bubble bar haul. And I can wait til they arrive 😂😂😂😂
Casey Tierney lush employee here! It depends on what moisturizer you’re talking about, but almost all of them have a 14 month shelf life :)
Kelly Tancredi I can't remember the name of it now but it was really almondy.... If that's even a word 😂😂😂😂 how long is it normally before bah bombs and bubble bars expire, if you don't mind me asking, and thank you kelly 😊
Casey Tierney they also have roughly a 14 month shelf life, but as always better used fresh so you don’t get a dud! I’ve used old ones before of course, they’re not gonna do any harm but they just won’t fizz very well. Usually they still smell nice though :)
