Hey Buggs, you need to up your recording bitrate in OBS to around 25000kbps. That will help with all of the lost data and clarity during high motion scenes. I personally record at 100000kbps but that will eat a lot of storage space and you will have longer render times. During post you can render in TH-cam's recommended bitrate. Hope this helps.
