Dagan has the same insane love and enthusiasm for 'that Marshall sound' as me, but chops I'll never possess. Just the thing to watch when I can't plug into my Silver Jubilee myself. Thanks!
This shows me how much the player matters. When I got my ReVolt I didn’t care for the tones when compared to my Synergy modules, but it was such a great value, I stuck with it. Now I see that the problem is probably just me. Lol
I love Synergy’s most recent stuff. Check out some of Steve Vai’s videos about them, as well as demos from critical reviewers like Henning. They all loved the tones. There are a few modules that are less inspiring (ie, the Fender ones) but the Modules that Dave Friedman, Mike Soldano, Steven Fryette, and Joe Morgan directly worked on with Synergy all sound fantastic.
I absolutely love mine!- plug straight in to the desk/PC with a reverb and delay pedal and it sounds awesome. Best hot rod Marshall tone without a Marshall!
I love mine. It does not sound exactly like a Bassman, Plexi, and Soldano to me though. It has some different characteristics. But the dynamics are definitely tube like. I think options like the Synergy modules are closer, but the ReVolt is certainly better than most digital emulators I’ve tried. Also, the boost is not very transparent. It’s more like a treble boost. The clean channel is normally very warm and dark on it’s own, but gets much brighter when the boost is engaged. The Plexi channel sounds a little wooly to me compared to my other plexi style amps, but gets better with the boost engaged. The Soldano channel is pretty nice on it’s own. Either way, it sounds great.
@@SergeiVlassov Of course not. Tryd it in 4cm with an el34 marshall, and with a Pc with and without irs etc....etc.... i thougt i will keep it because i really liked the red channel plus boost but 400 € for one Channel was not that bang for my buck. Also the Eq when switching from red to blue channel on the fly doesnt match. Maybe it sound better with a Fender style power amp....
@@SergeiVlassov I got a Italian made 1987 Volta, its a Miab, 2 Channel pedal with a Boost function mainly for my Marshall Dsl. I also got me a Katana and its just incredible.
I seen basically seem every revolt video ,even in Chinese Portuguese French an so on On TH-cam No one pulls it off like you do 🎸 Awesome 😎 Ordered Next week I’ll be playing through it 🥁 By the way what ever your taking I want some of that lol Or is the pedal really that good
6 seconds into the video and I already want it. I don't even care what it is, i want it.

I have this pedal. Even the British with Gain at 9 o'clock gives you authentic Classic Rock tone. Snappy crunch.

synergy sounds fake
Dude, all boost is a treble boost... thats what a guitar volume does! get a treble bleed cap if u want a volume boost only.
Two notes make some incredible gear!!!!! Had already been looking at one of these. Will definitely buy one. Love the channel. Cheers!!!!
Glad you like them!🤘
Sounds awesome great playing dude
Thanks! 🤘
Can you make a new video with all of the EVH gear you own? Im 14 and just bought myself the EVH 5150 striped series so i want to see more of it!
Got it sold it. The only sound i like out if this pedal is the red channel plus boost. Green channel is ok, Blue Channel sounds very fizzy.
Did you use it only with on-board cab sim?
