I feel you with the body changes. I'm now 46 and my PMS and period are very uncomfortable, and our bodies definitely require more work in order to stay fit, it's a big adjustment. I agree its better to start early and make exercising part of your lifestyle because it's a bit of a challenge as you get older.

I also have been using on off and few others from Dior and Chanel but my absolute favorite is le lait démaquillant au Nymphéa purifiant. It leaves your skin slightly moisturized like you did add some oil by Dior as well.
I have that foundation and the contour, I have that mini new Ambre Nuit extract but I prefer the old one

Digestion damm is the worst. You have to be conscious of everything you eat.
One more thing. Get your hands on a good doctor that will help keep you healthy and not just write a prescription. Lol the only prescription need is from the dermatologist to fight the acne so it don't scar. At 62 people stand next to me say your skin is beautiful. I have salt @ pepper hair and it confuses people. So I started asking how old do I look.
