Last year I visited Patagonia, specifically Ushuaia and its outskirts in Tierra del Fuego. I have been to the fjords of Norway and the rainforests of Brazil, and I just have to say that I had never seen such beautiful and magnificent landscapes like the ones from Patagonia. True nature, untouched by humankind, where you can feel the power of wilderness. This is truly a magical and holy land we must protect at all costs. Viva la Patagonia y viva América del Sur!!!
How does one explore the area, especiallly the remote areas in the wilderness? Are there national parks with roads? I can't hike long distances so if I have to hike 20 miles then I would not be able to experience it. Thanks!
@@Grateful2ExistYou should look for cruise ships who tour there. ❤ I know someone who "visited" Antarctica that way. I guess those mountains are at the very southern end of the Andes.

I went with a small group operator (we had 6, 1 south American guide), so we did many things a large touring company don't do, BBQ with a local family, stay at a lakeside hotel.... most relaxing and enjoyable trip I ever had (because of the small group doing more rewarding things).

Once upon a time I thought Glacier National Park to be the most beautiful place on Earth. Now, after seeing this, I know that I was mistaken. Patagonia looks like an alien planet; it's so beautiful you can't believe it's real. Every vista is breathtaking to the extreme, and the history of the region is rich and vibrant enough to ignite the imagination and inspire the mind to ignite a passion that should be a human right. Patagonia reminds me of why I am human, why I love our planet, and why all of us must be united in protecting it.

The Torres del Paine, the Jeinimeni National Reserve, glacier Perito Moreno, Conguillio National Reserve, marble cavernas of the Lago General Carrera..- i cannot choose only anyone. And by the way, when you watch it on the spot - it is wonderful! But when you look on this place, taken from the drone, after journey - this is a new wonderful journey. Argentina is green at the pre cordillera, and also has glaciers (Perito Moreno, the most visited one in all Patagonia), also better climate, gastronomy, architecture, accessibility and the best cities, Bariloche, el Calafate, Ushuaia..
@@Rob-pz5dw Personally I prefer the Chilean side, since it is wilder and unexplored, very similar to Alaska and Norway for its fjords and mountains with hanging glaciers. The one in Argentina has green parts but they are those that are close to Chile, the vast majority is desert pampas which some may like better, but I prefer the Pacific side with its forests.

El glaciar Perito Moreno IMPRESIONANTE! no pude evitar que se me salieran unas lagrimas al terminar el trekking...una experiencia única! La segunda ocasión, fui a uno de los senderos en el Chalten! igual un lugar increíble, maravilloso! Esos lugares son para volver y volver!! Argentina en general ...un país HERMOSO!

The Torres del Paine, the Jeinimeni National Reserve, glacier Perito Moreno, Conguillio National Reserve, marble cavernas of the Lago General Carrera..- i cannot choose only anyone. And by the way, when you watch it on the spot - it is wonderful! But when you look on this place, taken from the drone, after journey - this is a new wonderful journey. The review is completely different, even better. That's why I liked your video so much. Thank you.

@@samvel_mmiii Sure it's beautiful but i prefer the argentinian side. Argentina is green at the pre cordillera, and also has glaciers (Perito Moreno, the most visited one in all Patagonia), also better climate, gastronomy, architecture, accessibility and the best cities, Bariloche, el Calafate, Ushuaia..
@@Rob-pz5dw Personally I prefer the Chilean side, since it is wilder and unexplored, very similar to Alaska and Norway for its fjords and mountains with hanging glaciers. The one in Argentina has green parts but they are those that are close to Chile, the vast majority is desert pampas which some may like better, but I prefer the Pacific side with its forests.
@@samvel_mmiii And what does it have to do with being close to Chile the green parts? lol it's still Argentina. You find national parks like Nahuel Huapi, Lanin, Lago Puelo, Los Alerces, Los Arrayanes, Los Glaciares, Tierra del Fuego, etc., all green, with hanging glaciers, also similar to Alaska or Switzerland. Argentina has a huge desert also because is a huge country. You can like whatever you want bro..
