She was absolutely stunning in this show. I’m a straight woman, but man her beauty just captivated me. I wouldn’t mind a reboot of this show either. The concept is just brilliant.

Melinda gets her smile, looks (hair color) and kindness from Paul Eastman, her biological father and I think it's beautiful now that the truth about her real family is out in the open with happy results. I just think he should've stayed on the show to meet his grandson Aiden.😉😘 He is very handsome and a lot more interesting than Tom Gordon. I didn't like Tom at all.

This was Anne Archer’s last appearance as Mel’s mother. A huge loss to the series. She wasn’t around for Jim’s funeral or Mel’s wedding. A point the writers ignored.
Gabriel came on in season 2 and you saw him a little bit in season 3, but then you never saw or heard about him again. It’s like on Saved By The Bell where Jessie has a wicked step brother you only see on a two part episode, then he’s never mentioned again.
Why did Melinda keep the surname Gordon. When she knows Tom Gordon the father who abboned her and tried to kill her. Isn't her biological father. Paul Eastman is.

Three possibilities for the missing shadow: Mel’s mother (Anne Archer), who never returned to the series. Payne, who left after S4 E1 for his own show. Jim, who dies in S4. The last implies the writers had already planned that far ahead.

Her car was hit by that plane and she was killed immediately. She died so quick that she didn't even notice that she is dead and Melinda tries nearly the whole episode 22 to tell her that because she can feel if someone is alive or a spirit. But she is in this scene and this is season 3. So this only means that Rick can now see spirits too but he can't feel if someone is alive or a spirit. So he thinks Andrea is alive and wonders why there are only 5 shadows.

Gene DuBois that’s not true. Season 1 of ghost Whisperer ended in 2006 and she wasn’t on Criminal Minds until 2015.
