2021 i was sleeping on the couch, still recovering from ankle surgery. Spirit pushed me off the couch. It was 3am. Its a message. Sometimes they want you to remember your dreams. Sometimes its to connect with them since you are still in theta state (veil is thin) if i meditate, when i wake at 5am i get knowings of things.
