There's a really lovely restaurant inside of Caesars Palace that I love. They serve chilled seafood. You can get the crab already cut up. I think it's crab chunks and shrimp cocktail. It was so delicious and fresh. Beautiful ambiance. You should check it out.❤😊

Lots of fun food. People forget, the gold standard for lobster is the cold water lobster. IE a Maine lobster. The largest claws and the sweetest meat. Warm water lobsters, without big claws, just tails, are mealier. Not the same! I was so disappointed when I had Jamaican lobster and Portuguese lobster! Not to say they are bad, but they aren’t the best by far.
I agree, I love Maine lobster. I also love the Spiny Lobster. Alsmot identical to Maine Lobster, but without the claws. Some articles say that the meat is sweeter. Found in a large area in many oceans. I know what you're saying. Some lobster species are just not that as good as others.
