Have played reentry more than a year ago for around 100h but after switching to VR, was busy with all kinds of other simulators ^^ Now i'm back and really amazed to see how much changes, improvements, VR compatibility where implemented. It's hard to relearn a lot of things after more than a years break and changed procedures, but after all, thats a big part of the fun :D Keep up the good work and keep posting these tutorials! They are really great
I've come from playing NASSP mod on Orbiter to this. The fidelity of the systems are getting closer in Reentry, but the visuals and the VR support sells it for me big time. Really looking forward to the level this sim will be at in the future. Also attempting to get back into the sim so learning up on whatever I can with these videos.
Petri, could you record another video for Entry maneuver starting before the Entry Burn, I want to see how to Entry coming from the Moon, since when I have an Entry of 2 degrees CSM bounce back up and pass by Erath and never Entry ...
Entry from the Moon is what I do in this video. Lunar Entry angle is 6,5 degrees and is what you should plan for the TEI-burn (as we did over the Discord chat). After Earth SOI entry, you can use the burn planner to perform minor MCCs to adjust the entry angle.

Did you arm the Pyros prior to reentry?
Yes, but I did the main setup in this video before pressing record, to focus on the trakectory. I do everything in the 0.92 update video :)
