We have no vote on this! Only the family members of the victims have the right to forgive or accept the punishment that is relevant according to the law. We are not suffering the lost, is them. God bless all.
Justice delayed is justice denied.
Alabama is a red state who believes in small government. But Alabamans love giving the government the right to kill its own people!!
This crime was entirely avoidable
I don't understand their need for "justice". it was their father who wanted their mother dead and he committed suicide, the other killer (Parker)was executed in 2010 and Smith was present but did not kill their mother. this execution is absurd and not deserved.
Finally a person on You Tube with some common sense and compassion....Well said❤
@@michaelfrietdch9833 ah, yes, compassion. That's what he was thinking about when he took the payment to go brutally murder an innocent woman.
Honestly so true and how killing him justice crazy
He was present but did not kill her. So he helped out? Or he just stood there and let it happen? Either way he was an accomplice wasn’t he? He lived a nice full life for 35 years. That poor woman has been gone for all these years.
@@iamme7664 I dont think living inside Death Row is nice, full life. last 35 years is the real punishment; he probably wishes he is dead.
Wow why does it take so long to carry out these sentences?? Why why once an individual is sentenced should mean start the fast pass to carry it out, don’t put the family through more trauma and then put burden on taxpayers to help support these people day to day.
Not really when there's been alot of innocent people murdered buy states. Maybe if it's 100 percent on video what they did..
Well you can feel extreme guilt when you find the sentenced was innocent all along two years after the sentence was carried out..if that was the case
Life for a life, end of story
Would you say that big a family member
of yours were facing execution
@@michaelfrietdch9833 yes
Ok, what Krnneth Smith did was so obviously.wrong. This was wayyy back in 1988. Smith was 23 years old.
23 think about that. He has been on death row for over half his life. Also, reading accounts of the case Smith was an accessory to the murder.
The Preacher paid for the hit on his wife. The main killer Parker was executed in 2010.
To keep someone on Death Row this long and to kill them is inhuman, period.
People who commit crimes like Smith did are often released, well below the 35 year mark.
Who was Smiths initial Attorney in his first trial......Well, his Attorneys did a shit job. Look what is going to happen to him
Im against the death penalty, but i sm for life without parole for the worst of the worst offenders.
Smith is not the worst of the worst. He should be released, not killed. Thats my two cents.
Let him live with you.
No it is not, life for a life
Life in prison
@@ganjahiwalker2641 The trouble is if Kenny Smith had a decent attorney, he wouldn't be facing execution today
@@helloworld3943 He is being executed, he won't live. However, if had an extra room to rent, then Kenneth Smith could have it
Good to see Alabama does not mess around, we need this type of style of justice in California. Let this be a lesson that your actions come with consequences.
Well, if the defendant had money, he wouldn't be facing the death penalty. You are a naive fool.
Well, if the defendant had money he wouldn't be facing execution. You're a naive fool
imagine you were falsely accused of a crime and sentenced to death I think your opinion would change. Be careful what you say in this life.
you forgive with all your heart...not because you have too....to forgive is not sit there in glee and watch a man get killed, their coward father wanted their mother dead, this guy Smith was 23 he was present at the crime and he didnt even do it, .. being an assessory is not a death sentence, this is why God spared him when they first tried to kill him, ..AL shameful history of executions creeps into the 21st Century, AL still living in shackles and chains...
Finally some justice.
Didn’t this guy beat and stab a woman with a fire poker🤔Oh come on, that certainly doesn’t warrant killing this poor guy ! Maybe that woman didn’t suffer in excruciating pain.
Do we really know how it feels to get beat and stabbed while our blood pumps out ?
Let’s have some compassion, it happened 35 years ago.
Committed murder. This is just
God forgave him and that's all that matters.
