- Finally, after three trips to Innistrad, we finally get our faithful Werewolf commander -- Tovolar. We can now cram all of those Humans, I mean Werewolves into a transforming tribal deck. Our commander wants us to turn our creatures sideways and that’s what we will do. Let’s see what the night brings and how these werewolves can lead us to victory.

it's hard to goldfish a deck that focuses so much on attacking, but I'm glad this is a deck that finally exists in it's truest form. Needed to happen for a lonnnnnng time lol
@Lv5SuperTuba, it was hard, Day/Night state is a lot to maintain, but it has been 10 years in the making for a legendary Werewolf commander. I'm surprised it's not mythic.

I used a bit less werewolves and added wincons like triumph of the hordes and craterhoof (i plan on making an alter to make it a giant wolf just so it stays with the deck's theme)
@Drakon, gotta have those finishers and those are the best. Maybe rename Triumph of the Hordes to Triumph of the Wolves!

I have a full foil werewolf deck since 2017 and i get this New ones... but its weird to have cards diferent with no daybound keywords
@Eduardo Camargo, that's sweet to hear. The Day/Night thing is weird, but I guess it is what it is.
For those who don’t want to track flipping day/night put immerwolf in ur deck. Non-human werewolves cannot transform!
Immerwolf is in the deck. I just wish day/night would stop when no one cares about it.

@DonVonBliss, those card are good for more aggressive builds, but I wanted to add more double-faced cards. I do recommend though!

Deffo not gonna build it due to the daY/night mechanic. But id like to see it go off one day :D
@Nyakes, yeah the day/night cycle is a lot to keep track of. Overall, it's pretty fun to play and it does go off sometimes.
If you want to avoid the fay night cycle put an immerwolf in it. Immerwolf keeps non-human werewolves from transforming back. So on e you trigger night all ur werewolves stay flipped
Omg... The first thing I ask my playgroup is if it is okay to track all my werewolves as they have day/nightbound because I will not ask after every turn what they played and so on. This is Hella annoying.
Yeah, that's the reason I just don't play Day/Night cards. Outland Liberator is such a good card that I avoid.
Doublestrike will get you more cards, because it's 2 instances of combat damage
I think you can use more 1 cmc creatures
@Alexander Souto, I think it depends on your playgroup, usually I see creatures coming out fast and the little ones get out classed easily, but if your playgroup is slower, more one drops can be added.
I cant find most of these cards on MTG arena. I wanted to build the same deck
Majority of older werewolf cards aren't on arena but you can still make a pretty solid one
