depends on the build because for dps there arent enough meaningfull pieces so you just upgrade the few that are good like run 2p prov and 1p walker for example

We have a BIG problem here. Try to put a Hasburg kneepads and Ninja Backpack. All the talents do not proc all the time. Headhunter, Determined and Headache(really is) do not proc all in the same time always. I try in the White House, i try in the open world on the streets random and in missions. What is really strange is if you change the mask with airaldi you will hit harder with Nemesis than with a Hotshot mask. Even if the Headache do not have a cooldown. First shot you receive 20% headshot dmg and after the 4th headshot you will every time 20% headshot dmg. With Headhunter the total dmg must go up but NO. And another glich. When you have a Hotshot mask with Habsburg kneepads and Ninja backpack if you shoot a padlock you will receive the second buff from the Headache, bonus armor. Try it. If you want i can send you a video.
Great idea using the concussion talent on the backpack. I’ve been using two hot shot, chain killer,one araldi,(can’t remember which brand but it has headshot damage) and the Momento. It works great. I got lucky and got a god rolled m44 with determination already on it. I just need to farm for a max damage to targets out of cover and level up the expertise. One thing that I need to warn is any enemies that have helmets will stop your chain killing also hitting proxies. Although it does kill dogs and tanks you just have to hit a headshot to get the cycle going again.
Make a viable sniper build without headhunter challenge (impossible) Great build but its not really a hotshot build is it? Its just chainkiller with the new weapon perk To be fair the concussion perk on the backpack instead of vigilance is a good idea! The hotshot adds a little bit of good utility to it but in the end you can call it what is. A headhunter build because that is the only way to make sniper rifles viable sadly (solo at least). So sad that the devs still fail to give sniper rifles any diversity, at least they try Still a nice build and some good ideas!
I like this build a lot, I ended up kind of just building it on my own. Sadly found that it kinda just fell on it's face if you didn't have a unarmored or normal mob to get your first headshot with.
I would always prefer Vigilance at the end of the day. 1. You can either Decoy + Mantis all day long as long as your head aim is on mark. Determined helps you negate that but again Determined is for the faint hearted :) it's for everyday folks to get a taste of true sniping 2. Same build but 3 piece hot shot, 1 vigilance, chainkiller or headhunter talent chest piece obviously + Sawyers Kneepads... Mantis for decoy spamming OR if you can do it, Nemesis, the hardest Sniper rifle to monitor... Works BEST in a group and can get you the 50-60 Million Headshot damage kills that you cannot manage otherwise... And with Polarity active, I've done upto 120 million damage and I'm telling you it's crazy... Instead of determined use Optimist talent if you can manage headshots... That's would ACTUALLY increase your damage numbers to 30 million on M44 or White Death

Wow I have this same build when the baker dozen was broken I forgot what season but with aces and eights dred edic and carbine 7 with insync drone and hologram white death chain killer with concussion all head shot mods and on all my gear as well with the white death I hit for 24 million dread edict and mantis consistent 13 mill with the nemises 42 million I mainly use the dread edict for the instant reload.
With everything that was and is still going on with this game I look at this as a gift. We don’t look a gift horse in the mouth. We accept it and enjoy the game

That is some mighty fine head hunting. The speed of target acquisition on pc is crazy. Good stuff. I really wish they built some versatility into any of the mmr gearsets. They offer nothing if you don't run a mmr.

The summit. There's a targeted loot system there. Try farming for Walker & Harris. There's a named version of the vest that gives you perfect chain killer. As for determined it pretty much comes in all weapons but farm for marksman rifle targeted loot. Get the m44 carbine or the named version, white death with good stats. then if you find a crappy sniper with determined put it on the white death or m44 carbine. Hopefully this helps. Also, vigilance is better on backpack. You do 25% more damage as long as you don't get hit.

Use the SR-1. It is significantly more stable than white death with more Ammo. You're only losing about 100k Base damage. Sometbing else that is also ridiculous is a HH Hunters Fury set using White Death or SR-1 at 15 meters. Consistently hits 20m with up to 3 Blue Cores.
I mean, Hotshot will constantly refill your mag and since every single shot you're landing is technically a headshot, you shouldn't run out of ammo at all. You'd needlessly be reducing your damage output for no reason
I have a perfectly rolled white death but I can't find the damn weapon talent, ~8 hours pure MM grind and not a single one with that damn thing on it :D
@@derbudz oh i forgot you cant recab named items right? its not really worth tbh as long that you trigger the headhunter proc, any high dmg sniper would work, i just use the one i like with the build
i've been trying this exact build but with memento instead of concussion and going full red + mantis didnt know that determined can work with chainkiller because hotshot werent popping when i was killing with the relic but i guess its just bugged 😂 might swap hotshot for aces & eight first for now but as soon as hotshot isnt a mess of code and i finally grind ninja, 1 pc habsburg seems like the same damage you get from concussion

But I cannot stress this enough you and other content creators keeping saying this new talent “Perfectly Determined” is OP it is not OP. The talent works how it is intended. It’s bad enough ppl are crying saying this is way to powerful.
Can we have some fun with the new stuff before you tubers start complaining?... we all know this is massive MO with every new gearset/brandset to release something OP to draw people in and then nerf it to the ground....

Saw the 3 blues and face palmed.... if you're not getting shot why do you need blues? So basically yeah, the build is broken if you can one shot with 3 blues

Actually, you could use Vigilance. The bonus armour you get from Hotshot would technically prevent you from loosing the buff.
Meanwhile I can't land my shots with a liberty standing 5 meters in front of them with a shield...

I use Araldi with Bloodsucker as talent, this lets me peek more and tank some damage. :)
Fyi if you use the prophet sidearm determined works on that in a pinch also, ive had a lot of fun with it

Use the same setup but switch the Bag with the Ninjabik3 its absolutely Strong and use the knee pads with the Fix prayers

This is something that hurts badly. Every set in the game can be used with any weapon except MMR sets.

I mained sniper builds on console in div 1 I know what you mean. This build is absolutely console friendly. Just body shot the enemies this time!
