In terms of CNC programming I'd suggest looking at titan CNC TH-cam's channel. They have a video on g and m coding and quite frankly helped me learn a lot. Using that knowledge I managed to program warm up cycles in the CNC machines at my job and it has helped me learn how to modify pre existing programs on the lathe CNC I usually work with. Granted, I was able to practice on the machines at work. Each machine has different ways of setting up their programming and hands on really helps.
