I laid back and listened to this with my eyes closed and was able to visualise the colours and imagery that you were describing (I particularly enjoyed the presence of different coloured scarves.) I couldn't quite see my 10 year old self, but I momentarily caught a feeling of a more carefree time! Although I also couldn't feel the actual energy from your hands, it did allow me to relax my thoughts and gain clarity in my mind and hence my body followed by letting go of muscle tensions. Thank you x
