Thanks for watching 💓!!
Really cool to see real time operation. I've been watching your shorts for a while now. First time checking out one of your long videos. Stay safe boys.
Thanks for watching brother. 💪💪😂🙏🤘💥💥🇺🇸
Thanks for the video, really cool to see
Also on your comment about being level headed, I hate when you try to be as polite as possible and give some conservative criticism and they get pissed off about it. For instance, I've asked guys not to walk so close to my level laser or watch my chalk lines and just like high school bullies they'll get closer or purposefully drag their boots on the lines. Respect is a hard thing earned on job sites.
It is one thing to run a machine, but to an operator is something else. Few are true operators.
That was fascinating! It's great to see so many shorts in context and in real time. You're not kidding about the Zen/Jedi mindfulness it must take to stay focussed all day and not get sloppy.
You have to keep consistent focus. Thanks for watching 👍👍🙏
30-year rodbuster here.
I've rigged a lot of shit.
Number one rule.
Keep the crane operator happy. 😊
Otherwise you're next wait for a pick might be a long one.
Number two rule.
Trust nothing if it doesn't set right in your gut don't do it.
I don't care who's screaming at you superintendent Foreman or some testosterone filled concrete nutcase.
Make it right.
A good rigger can be an operators best friend :)
The best 👍👍🙌
And a good rigger if its a heavy load will have the block a fraction closer in and not directly over centre so when the line takes the weight it doesnt swing away from the deflection of the boom (especially with luffing cranes)🤙🤙
True.
What do you do if you have to use the bathroom?
Do you prefer the trolly crane? I work in the states and I think I've only ever seen one trolley crane in person, everything else has either been crawler or luffers. I was just a layout guy so I never got to work directly with cranes much but what are the differences in the cranes?
Operator here from Australia , just come across your channel ......do you also call your ground guys dogmen over there or just ground guys?
Do you ever think about buying your own crane ?
hello
Welcome 🙏👍
How do i get in contact with you, heavy ?
Instagram
i thought bro almost puke 🤮
Hahaha sometimes I think k so too 🙏👍🫡🫡😴💥
You don’t learn this job on TH-cam ahaha 😂 NO! You don’t and you learn more calling signal and rigging first OR you were an iron worker at one point and can do it naturally lol
🤯🤯🤘🤘🇺🇸💪😂😂👍
I work in construction and nothing is worse than when ppl refer to their co-workers as "my guy" as if they're your employee or you own them or something. I just wanna be like, bro, stop acting all high and mighty.
I'm not your buddy, guy, I'm not your guy, pal, I'm not your pal, friend, I'm not your friend, buddy, IM NOT YOUR BUDDY, GUY😂😂
