Love you and your videos. I would LOVE a tutorial about trouble shooting those darn Temptu air pod pro refillable pods. It's SO annoying......I ALWAYS have a problem with those tho gs!! It's always splatter and a mess.....I clean them like a mother, and follow all of their guidelines, but the spray is never fine, it's always splattering. And now, they have the air pod pro XL for body tanning..have you seem this?! It looks SO GOOD in theory and totally makes me want to try it, but I'm torn because I am fed up with the way the reg size pro pods work. Would love your Insight on those pro pods! 😍
Thank you so much! that makes me so happy!. Ugh the pods are a whole THING in themselves. Ive been using and studying their function since the very first pod system came out several years ago. When Temptu launched the Pro pod I thought that the issues I had with the pre-filled pods were over but I still find that the process is not as refined as I would like. The pods all have the same design and components, unless the brand redesigned the pod overall the XL pod is likely just to be a larger version of the regular pod with all the same issues. Its that marketing that pulls us in man and social media is full of temptation lol its always a buy at your own risk. My wallet and vanity have been so happy with me since I reduced my social media presence lol. but all my rambling aside I did make a troubleshooting video on the pods and pro pod. I can work on another for sure but the "when" I will get it up is questionable right now. ( full transparency i'm a mom of 3 young boys). To find any videos with specific topics or key words got to my channel home page and find the search icon/ bar. Type in the key word or detail and it will show you a list of the videos specific to what you are interested in seeing from me. I hope this helps, and I will get on filming a new pod troubleshooting video as well as my full on opinion on the pods and system as a whole :). I think that it is going to be really helpful for the community!

Right? Airbrush makeup is very expensive and when we are always wanting to try everything..... it can get crazy! I feel you! Because I don't do a lot of Temptu simply because I don't use silicone, it be great to see more of it. I still "on occasion" use the Temptu Air - but for my Pod that you can add/mix - doesn't last long (so that's a shame), I do have a standard Temptu compressor as well and works great. Of course right now I am using the Dinair One and even invested in a 2nd one for travel - packing and unpacking was driving me batty (just me being lazy) - Also you do use a lot of prep products which I don't, so interesting to see what products you use. The only thing I may have used is one or two of the Vegan Urban Decay products. Mascara.... try THRIVE, OMG, love it. Much love to you K! ❄️
Ugh gosh it sure is! Lol but I definitely had fun exploring and finding my go to products. My wallet on the other hand has scars hahahaha. Yeah I was all water based by choice too for a good while even though I played with sb here n there to test and experiment. Lately tho I've been looking to changing things up a bit, I figure if ever I don't like anything I can go back to my holy grails lol . Ooo so glad you got another Dinair One! N that you are still loving it 💕 its such a great device, the convenience of it is 🙌. Yeah I find when I dip into other airbrush brands I have to dip into more products to get the look n feel I want. I think it's a good line, hasn't been on the scene as much these days as it was when I first started airbrushing way back when. I'd be down to get my hands on it to feature it, im almost out of my foundation shade in the temptu formula so I can justify getting a bottle of the Mac 😉

That's great to hear! Airbrush is such a great medium to add to makeup artisty. Oh thank you for commenting on it I really appreciate it. I try to be as in depth as I can because I genuinely care and want everyone who is interested in airbrush to be successful in thier pursuit of the medium 🙏 I've really enjoyed my journey so far and am always happy to share what I know and learn 🤗 in my experience sunscreen can make an sb foundation more dewy and causes the makeup to slip more with wear. I always suggest to go for sunscreens that have a mattifying effect and that are oil free if you are wanting to get all the benefits to using an sb airbrush makeup. Of course primers and powders can help when using a sunscreen but you don't want to layer too much under or over the airbrush makeup because when the makeup settles and you natural oils come through things can look a bit thick and cakey. They key to airbrush for me has always been less is more. We all need sunscreen though so finding that happy place is definitely worth the effort! I think temptu is more popular because of its history in Sephora and such but I definitely opted for Dinair when I did the research when purchasing a system. I will watch your videos no matter what brand you use because it’s nice to learn techniques. As a mom, I’m a huge fan of “mom makeup” or “quick makeup”
Yeah I agree, thier marketing is pretty good also so I feel like they get thier name out there a bit more too. Same I truly do enjoy dinair and it is my go too for sure. What brand do you recommend for mature/dry skin. I have tried a few but haven't had much success. Temptu looks very appealing but because I have tendonitis and carpal tunnel, pulling that little primer back and forth and then taking the plug out and back in is too much when trying to do a full face of makeup with so many pods, also although it has been a few years, a lot of the pods clogged on me. What are your thoughts on Luminess and Mac? or any other recommendations? I will definitely be giving your channel a donation because I have no idea what works and what doesn't and you are defiantly the airbrush queen!

For airbrush recommendation if you are an oily skin type I'd go for dinairs radiance line just a light layer can go a long way for mature skin. If you are more normal to dry a sb is typically what I recommend. Only because it has a smoother effect and works very well in conjunction with traditional makeup. To be honest I'm not a huge fan of the temptu pods so I purchase the bottle form and use the standard airbrush to apply. I am not a fan of the luminess lines after trying and using them over the years they just don't hold up as well as other water based options for me. Mac sb is a little on the thicker side so but can be thinned down with thier mixing medium. Overall it's OK for me. I still would say that I enjoy the temptu perfect canvas line overall for a silicone based option. If you use the bottles with the standard airbrush and not the pods that would be best. The pods although wonderful idea is just not as foolproof as the standard airbrush. I hope this insight helps. If you have more questions please don't hesitate to ask. I'll always help if I can 🙏😊. Hello 👋😊, if you have a high capacity compressor than you can use any airbrush Foundation. If you have a compressor that is from a brand that produces waterbased airbrush makeup than typically those can only really accommodate water based airbrush foundations or airbrush foundations with a thinner viscosity. I don't recommend using traditional foundations in any airbrush system. 😉 I hope this helps you on your airbrush journey 🙏🤗
