This far-flung world-settling strategy sim has tickled me in the right place, and in terms of bang for your buck, it scores pretty well indeed.

I found the tutorials to be excellent and bite sized in this game.

I really like this game. I put together some really nice bases.
I love how you can make each one unique.
Has the absolute worst control scheme I've ever seen in a game, and I suspect they de-compiled Rimworld to make 80% of it. 👍

The fact that you can farm pretty much sells it for me. Game looks pretty good.
I really enjoy it, even now. Solid title and really enjoy setting up new lives in the different regions and scenarios.

So this is basically just rimworld with better graphics
There are some notable differences which make this one stand out on its own. The similarities are obviously there but this one feels a little more accessible as well
It is deffinetly a little more user friendly. Rimworld took a long time to get the hang of and some of the personality differences in characters made it extremely challenging . Enjoy both though either way
Sorry but you are flat wrong, yes it has better graphics but Rimworld is so much more configurable and you can go on with Rimworld a much longer time, Alien dawn only lets you configure the people, nothing in the world and if you play a long game you tend to run out of metal to make and repair things. So IMHO Rimworld is a much better game but has crappy graphics
I'm really enjoying stranded butni have 1 pet peave. Massive map but the stupid ai makes the people go all the way back to main camp to sleep and eat and stock items even if you build a camp rite mext to them. It does my head in.. you can't make them jist sleep at the nearest bed to them. If you make a main bed theirs you then have them run back to main camp to keep doing other duties
@@phillipsciano979 Have you tried setting ownership of the new camp beds? If they have their own designated bed I believe they will try and get back to that. You can do it in the bed settings.
