@@LucyakaMom don’t we all wonder that? 🤭❤️ I think you’re a step in the right direction. I wouldn’t stress too much about doing enough. Consistency and grace on yourself is key! As long as you know your “why” then that is all that matters, it will keep you on the right track. But to answer your question, 8 years!
@@LucyakaMom it has definitely been a learning curve in my life. Still learning here 😂 I’m not the trendy homeschool mom that has the beautiful room with all the pretty little things with the perfect schedule and sweetest days with no issues. Lol we do table work together because we live in a small home and i have a few designated spots in the home to store our supplies. My oldest likes to do her independent work on her bed or on the couch because my toddler is quite the distraction 🥴😅 my middle asks are we done yet before we even get into anything lol she’s my wild imagination child and sitting is torture to her. I try to give my little man play doh to keep him busy and we cram in our group subjects while he is napping for an hour 😂 We have our good days and our days where there are tears and attitudes and we just close up shop. We have days where we rest and take advantage of a beautiful day and spend it outside. Life is education and we learn from it everyday ❤️ I know it’s not an option for everyone but I am rooting for you because you are making a wonderful sacrifice!
@@akristax how old are your kiddos? I’d love to hear more about your homeschooling experience, curriculum and daily flow! Mamas like you who have been doing it for a long time are the mamas we need to make videos and show everyone what it’s really like! My eldest is like your middle, he is in 2nd grade and really doesn’t want to do any of it! My middle is 5 and not officially in kindergarten yet but he is much easier to work with. I have no idea what to do with my almost 2 year old during school! He’s just young enough that he eats play dough and kinetic sand and stuff. So we just do school during nap right now! I know it will get easier, but it’s a heavy load being in charge of their education and entire day! Anyway. I know I could learn a thing or two from mamas like you!! ❤️
