My kids (who are born and raised in Texas) discovered Poutine on our annual visits to Northern Maine (where I am from). They are super excited to go to Daily Poutine when we visit in June 2018. Thanks for all of your shows!
Fellow Canadian poutine lover here. My favourite other than just original poutine is from Smokes Poutinerie and it's their "Rainbow Poutine". It's classic poutine (fries, gravy, curds) then they top it with Sriracha, guacamole, salsa and melted cheese sauce. All the toppings are striped to make it look like a rainbow. YUMMMM!!

As a Montrealer ... you have to come have Poutine up here! There is a 24 hour place called La Banquise on Rachel and Parc Lafontaine that is pretty killer in terms of selection. Also, there is a greasy spoon called The Green Spot in St. Henri (just west of the downtown core) that has the best brown gravy sauce I've had on a poutine. Dark, thick, salty and delicious on any of their variety of offerings in terms of toppings on the fries and cheese curd. You've also never had cheese curds until you've had a Quebec cheese curd. Squeaky squeaky and delicious. ... that said, I'll be down in Orlando this month for two weeks. So I'll try to see if the Daily Poutine is worth the money in comparison to a real Montreal poutine. Love the reviews! The breakfast poutine is a staple up here at a lot of restaurants. Everyone has their twist ... my favourite was tater tots, sausage, maple syrup, onions, cheese curds, hollandaise and topped with a poached egg. Seriously amazing.

I'm feeling (as a DVC member) that we could so do a stay at SSR and not go to any parks... make it all about eating at Disney Springs!! Of course that would require a daily morning walk around the resort to justify the "touring plan"..... :)
Guys for home made poutine make your fries in duck fat get a good 500grams of foie gras and blend it up in a home made gravy then double down on cheese curds and thats the best of Quebec's fine dinning poutine !!!!!!!
